  I came for a quick wash today and left with a very clean car and the best customer service experience in long time. I had the best service from Marc today. He explained the options, helped me to get a great discount and kept the entire experience very professional and relax. However, for me, what took out of the park was the fact he acknowledge my young daughter sitting on the backseat (I should say my car have window tinting, and she was very quiet). mr. Mark interacted with my daughter and offer her a lollipop, which makes her smile and excited for being part of the conversation. The place was very clean. I was also interacting with a young lady while vacuuming the car and she was very friendly and offered some towels to clean my car. I understand some car wash places around the area could have lower prices, however, you pay for what you get. The three employees that I saw today at this location and I interacted with them have a really good customer service skills, I know because that’s been my career for my entire life, kudos to Mr. Marc and the other two employees at this location. Regardless, this is out of my way I will definitely add the four extra miles and pay just a little extra or the same as the other similar business in the area just for the customary service that I received here.

  Car wash is okay. Prices are about the same as all the other automated car washes down the street, but they want to sell you a detail kit for an extra $5 so you can have a microfiber towel. Just go to any other car wadh on this road and you can use as many microfiber towels, glass cleaner, etc, as you want at no additional cost. I didn't hate it, but I will not be back.

  Very disappointed. Just about every time I go to tommy express valrico I have issues with the vacuums. Mind you I usually come early morning, so frustrating they don't work properly. I could even see if end of day after use all day but first thing all equipment should be checked before opening. Cons8 canceling subscription.

  I love Tommy car wash just wish their was more locations some places I travel to nearest one might be 3-4 hours away like I dont mind driving 30 45 minutes maybe even an hour their was a new store that I never been to so I am like sure I will drive over there needed to be in that way it showed open I got there and the construction has not even been completed and it was over 30 minutes away it would been find going to where I needed to go but was not going to drive that extra time and then come back to where I need to go
