  Good Experience! Had a screw in my tire, where the sidewall meets the tread. Not a repairable puncture. They got an exact replacement tire delivered within 2 hours.

  Alright, I don't usually leave reviews but this experience irritated me enough to write one. Context: a few months ago I replaced my radiator myself. While doing so I stupidly and accidentally disconnected my AC line, spraying the coolant everywhere. I reattached it and went without AC until I could get the money together. With that being said, I brought my car here to get the system charged, for those that don't know that means getting the AC system vacuumed, pressurized, and refilled with coolant. The manager told me an hour, 2 at most. Ok, I'm fine with that, wasn't in a rush, so I sat in the waiting room and they had my car in their bay within 30 mins. An hour and a half later, the guy that I assume was the assistant manager comes in telling me that they need to do diagnostics to figure out what was wrong because the AC fluid wasnt staying in the system and just kept leaking out, and that it was going to be more than the $275 the manager had initially quoted me. So, I look at this dude and tell him tell him exactly what I'd told the manager, he takes me out to my car and starts going on about twisted/bent lines or something and then points to where the leak is coming from. Surprise! It's exactly where the connection was to the radiator. So, he tells me his AC guy needs to figure out what's wrong and maybe I'll get lucky and it's just the connection. So, another hour and half goes by (we're a little over 3 hours of sitting on my thumb in the waiting room) and their AC wizard finally finishes with my car. The problem was the O-ring in the connection which they replaced...for an extra $50. A part that costs pennies on the dollar cost me an extra 20% of what they had initially quoted me. This experience just left a bad taste in my mouth, man. 3 hours and $325 later, I've got AC again, sure. But, 3 hours to replace a freaking O-ring and recharge the system and you charged an extra $50 for a little rubber piece the size of a coin? That's insane to me. Anyways, thanks for reading, I guess. The guys were friendly enough and they did give me a small veteran discount, otherwise I would've paid god knows how much more. But, I don't think I'll go back anytime soon.

  I went to go get my breaks and oil changed. These guys did absolutely amazing, they were upfront on the pricing, and the guy who came up and helped me was amazing. I suggest this place for everyone even including the ones who drive European cars because I know it's hard for us driving European cars to find a good spot we can trust to get our stuff taken care of.

  I don’t know what happened to their ethics. When Jean was the general manager they seemed to have reasonable prices. Within the past year they seem to have gotten very expensive. They charged me over $700 for brake pads and rotors for two axles. Last week I got a flat thanks to a large pothole nearby. The guy at the counter (young guy with a neatly trimmed beard says “well our supplier has less expensive tires but they don’t have any of those in stock.” So he quoted me $148 for 1 continental tire. I checked and I know that is a fair price for that tire. What floored me was the estimate for installation and balance was $114! Walmart, Hancock amd almost anywhere else will do it for $19-25. I am not sure what compelled him to try to gouge me? Maybe because it was late Friday afternoon and I had few other options? Maybe he didn’t want to do the work and that’s his way of getting me to go away. They also overcharged me another time for two shocks . Also way over $800
