  Never go to this place as long as Pete is the manager. He absolutely sucks. This tire shop is down the street from my home, and i have been going there since 2021 since it has been convenient, the initial manager was great, but each one coming after that has been worse than the last and now there is Pete who is the worst of them all. The assistant managers have always been good so I tried to only deal with them, and the other staff is fantastic as well. but today I reached my final straw. All 4 times I have been forced to interact with Pete have been the worst customer service experience ive ever seen at a car shop, I will list them 1 by 1 1.) After being a customer at this same location for over 3 years, I called to let them know there is a slow leak in my tire, and that I want to use my roadside warranty to get this replaced for free or a discount as they have always done for me. Pete said there was no record of me going to this shop for multiple years, which is false because I go there multiple times per year as my car goes through 4 tires per year, and I almost always get a flat on top of that. Turns out he doesn’t know how to check for duplicate profiles, and it took the assistant manager having to help him with that before I could bring my car in to get the service I paid for done. 2.) Months later when needing my yearly routine tires, I ended up with him on the phone and I told him I wanted the same tires as last time. He asked me what size I needed, I told him I have been there for years and get the same tires every time, and to order what I got last time. He said that would require him to log into another system so he demanded I go outside to check the tire size by looking at my car. I couldn’t believe my ears. These other examples are pure incompetence, but this was a level of laziness that is beyond belief. 3.) I have an electric vehicle and hit a pothole, leaving my car unable to drive so I needed a tow truck. I specifically asked him, is there a charger for me to use there if I got my car towed there, because it is too low on battery and I would need to get it charged first before getting towed there to complete the service. He said says there is a charger here and to bring the car directly in. I got there and he said there was no charger, he thought I was asking if there was an electric outlet. And not even one of the faster charging outlets like for an RV that people use to charge their car, he pointed me to an outlet that you plug your phone into. UNBELIEVABLE. Also he didn’t even have a charging cable which I specifically asked for but luckily one of the techs had their own they let me borrow. 4.) Another routine tire change - I asked can I set up an appointment, and he said no just come by first thing in the morning it wont take too long. Ok cool, so I bring my work laptop and go to a nearby café and work for over 3.5 hours. I come back and the car hasn’t even moved from its parking spot. Why would you tell me to not make an appointment so I can just leave my car there all day waiting. This guy STINKS On top of these experiences. The only time I ever see him working is when there is no other staff around. If he has any other workers there to help I have found him every time hiding in his office with his feet LITERALLY UP ON HIS DESK VISABLE TO CUTOMERS. NEVER GO HERE PETE IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE.

  Came In To Tire Choice Unexpectedly To Get My Under Car Carriage Removed Because It Was Dragging And Upon Arrival I Met Victor Who Actually Heard It Dragging. I Don’t Know If He Felt My Energy Or Noticed That My Day Was Not Going Well But He Welcomed Me, Let Me Know He Can Have It Removed, And Sat Me In The Lobby. I Forgot Who He Had Remove It But He Also Was Fast And Friendly. You Never Know When Someone Is Going Through It And Being Nice Goes A Long Way. Victor Is A Perfect Example Thanks Again- Bianca

  The experience started good until dealing with Victor, very poor customer service overall. The price was changed 3 different times, I was told I may need new tire sensors when I had just bought my FUEL rims in the last 6 months before it even went into the garage, he tried to tell me that my new battery was going to need replaced, and I was sold a cabin air filter that I did NOT need. I ordered tires through this Tire Choice to get put on my truck, and get a alignment performed, my truck now has new tires but pulls after getting it back and my tire light is now on. My son also told me that he had recently replaced my cabin air filter and regular air filter when he used it, so they had no reason to replace it. MONEY GRAB! Take your time and cash somewhere else!
