  Took my BMW to Choice for a new tire. I had a nail in the tire. I went to pick up BMW and they replaced the wrong tire. Took car back, went back to pick up because they said it was ready and then timber tire was rubbing. Took car back, Choice said I needed new Strut and bearings. So they replaced strut and bearings and called me to pick up my BMW. I paid and left after driving the front end began to shack violently. Took car back to Choice and left car. Pick up next day and they said issue was technician did not tighten down bolts. Car ran ok about a month and this Saturday the front end with new strut began making noise/ rattling took car back to Choice. Choice said new strut failed and it was probably my fault. choice replaced strut and charged e additional $355.00. After I picked up the BMW it was still making noise. I took the car to Firestone. The issue was I had a defective control arm and stabilizer bar. Firestone replaced and BMW is running good. My believe is that the technician at Choice require training. Choice cost me money and lots of unnecessary time.

  I went in for an\nAlignment ended up for getting an oil change at their recommendation, professional and courteous, and explained what was needed on the a alignment , how I would use them again around

  Mr. Tate helped me out when I was in a time crunch. Oil change and tire rotation in record time was much appreciated.

  Got a flat on my Subaru in aTampa construction zone on 75 S. It was a long trip to the dealership. But they helped me get there, checked and diagnosed my car, had the exact tires I needed, gave me a front end alignment. I also bought road hazard insurance for the two new tires. I was back to my life quickly and made some nice friends. Wouldn’t take my car anywhere else now.

  The manager Tate went above and beyond for me. It wasn't from a complaint or anything like that. He just wanted my business and wanted to make me happy. You guys have a customer for life because of your outstanding manager, outstanding service and outstanding prices on tires. I wish I had a manager like Tate in my business. Those guys are extremely valuable. Thanks again!
