  Ryan at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers was absolutely wonderful! He was very prompt, quick, and attentive. He took the nail out of my tire and made the whole experience so easy.   On my lunch break was freaking out when I seen two nails in my front tire, especially as a girl this can be intimidating. Carter and Ryan greeted me very professionally, so nice and calmed me informing me there was no wait and justgetting me tended to so I can be on with my day. Highly recommend very nice and friendly.

  Raul completed my oil change for the third time, and once again, I had a great experience. He is always professional, consistent, and efficient, and he completed the oil change in a timely manner. I truly appreciate the great service Raul provides every time I come in. I’ll definitely continue coming back!

  I came in for an oil change and also paid for a vehicle inspection because I wanted a more detailed understanding of some repairs that had previously been mentioned to me. What I appreciated most was that I was able to ask questions, and the staff took the time to answer them. They allowed me to see the car while it was lifted, showed me the areas they were concerned about, and let me take pictures so I could better understand what was going on. I also received a detailed, itemized estimate and was able to ask which repairs were more urgent versus which ones could be prioritized later. I like to understand what is being recommended before making decisions, so I appreciated that they answered all my questions and were willing to explain things rather than just handing me a repair total. They also verified my oil level with the dipstick before I left. Overall, I appreciated being able to leave with much more information about the condition of my car and a clearer idea of what needs attention. Thank you to Carter, Aaron, and Dylan for helping me today.
