  I called this location today at 5:22 PM and spoke with Mike regarding a rental reservation that was arranged through my insurance company. I asked if the location had any luxury vehicles available, as I was hoping to rent something comparable to the type of vehicle I currently drive. Mike advised that they did not have any luxury vehicles available at this location, which I completely understood and had no issue with. I then asked if he could check the system to see whether another Enterprise location—other than Tampa International Airport had luxury vehicles available. Mike told me he did not have the capability to do that. As an insurance adjuster myself, I regularly assist customers with locating rental vehicles, so I am familiar with the process and know that Enterprise locations have the ability to check vehicle availability at surrounding locations. When I explained this, Mike simply told me that the best thing for me to do was “call around yourself,” and then disconnected the call. My issue is not that this location didn’t have the vehicle I wanted. I completely understand that inventory varies by location. My concern is the lack of customer service and professionalism. I was simply asking for assistance locating another Enterprise location that may have what I needed. Being told to call around myself and then having the call disconnected was extremely disappointing and not the level of service I would expect from Enterprise.

  Sent on a cross country road trip with a Chrysler van from this location. Van broke down in multiple states, other locations did not have anything equal and I had to end up driving to multiple locations through different states to finally switch the van. Missed 4 days of work, extended my van rental and the only compensation they gave me was my paid deposit, plus $80.. even though I had to extend my rental paying 200 more because of their unmaintained vans.. never had a bad experience at Hertz or the enterprise location in plant city.., proceed with this location with caution, they don’t care that people miss work because they can’t maintain their vehicles properly. Adam was no help.

  AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE I had a reservation and arrived and the young manager cursed me out and told me to leave. When I asked for his manager so I could get some more logical help he told me he doesn’t have one and he’s the boss.

  I rented a vehicle for a couple of days to save the stress on my 1999 Jeep,for a trip I had planned. I did all the reservations online,very easy I must say. I went to pick up the car and a very nice gentleman, named Matt assisted me. I explained to him that I havent driven a new car for a hot minute, and was very nervous. He took me to a standard car, and showed my all the important things I should know etc... I really liked the vehicle, and was quite at ease driving it. Thanks! Matt, for taking the time for this old lady to enjoy the drive on my trip!

  Outright worst enterprise I’ve ever experienced. They don’t care for your insurance, they’ll upgrade your vehicle without saying anything and then charge you all the taxes after you drop off your vehicle. After 5 weeks of battling with enterprise over this situation, I felt like I was never heard, I was disrespected and dismissed to all my concerns. Kevin Markowitt runs a very bad crew here, you wouldn’t believe how many times I was told “I’ll look into it when the employee gets back”, not once did I ever receive a call, nor an update. Over the span of 5 weeks I had to call for updates, to the point where I was told by Kevin “ I’ll just give you the refund so you can stop calling here”. Instead of just answering my questions he rather take the easy shortcut and give me everything back to get me to go away instead of taking accountability for putting me in the wrong vehicle. It took having to call Enterprise corporate to actually get a real receipt and copy of my bill because Kevin’s store refused to give it to me. Unprofessional, rude and unhappy staff.
