  I almost didn’t write this review because I wanted to keep my new favorite rental car location a secret! 😆 I was using another location before, but after finding this Enterprise branch, I may have been guilty of a little “gatekeeping.” But then I remembered what they say about karma… and I’d much rather karma be a beautiful beach than the alternative! 🏖️😂 So here I am sharing the love and @CompassionRxNaturals. Kevin, the Branch Manager, is absolutely fantastic. He’s professional, friendly, accommodating, and genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. If there’s ever a need, he’s always willing to help find the best solution, including arranging an upgraded vehicle when available. The cars are newer, clean, well-maintained, and ready to go. The entire team makes the rental process easy, stress-free, and pleasant from start to finish. No hassles at this location—just smiles, great customer service, and genuinely good people who take pride in what they do. If you’re looking for an Enterprise location that values its customers and consistently delivers a great experience, this is the one. Thank you, Kevin and team, for setting the standard for what customer service should look like! Sidenote- I was not paid for this review in cash only pinky promised the platinum level treatment of the Rolls Royces, Maybachs, Porsches and Ferrari’s when I come 🤣😉Thanks Enterprise!!

  My first car that I was given, the check engine light came on. I went back to exchange the car and at first they only had a large truck available. I tried to drive it and felt uncomfortable so I came back. Trey was amazing and helped me right away get into another car that I felt more comfortable in. It was a Saturday and it was super busy inside the store and I had an appointment but he made sure to take care of me and get me into a new car and back on the road in time to get where I needed to be! 12/10 customer service! I’m grateful to Trey for the help!

  Dear Enterprise Customer Service Team - I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a recent experience at your 1810 FL-60, Valrico, FL location. I have been a loyal Enterprise Plus member since the program’s inception in 2012, maintaining both Gold and Silver status over the years. While my experience at international airport locations throughout the United States has been overwhelmingly positive for the past 14 years, my recent visit to the Valrico branch was a complete disaster. I had a confirmed reservation for noon and arrived at 12:20 PM, having already checked in online the night before to expedite the process. The experience that followed was unacceptable: - Upon arrival, only one employee was present, and he appeared overwhelmed with returning, cleaning, and refueling vehicles. After waiting 20 minutes, a van with three additional employees arrived. - Rather than being assisted, I was greeted with a comment that the branch was closing at 1:00 PM. The staff then proceeded to complain in front of me about how "hard" their Saturday had been renting only 20 cars. - The lack of professional conduct and the dismissive attitude of these young men were jarring. While I was in the process of clearing a fraud alert on my American Express card for the $300 deposit and rental fee, the behavior of your staff made me realize that I no longer wish to support an organization represented by such individuals. And I left without renting the car. As a long-term loyal customer, I am incredibly disappointed. This experience has led me to decide never to rent from Enterprise again. I believe it is important for your management to know how this specific branch is impacting your brand reputation and causing me to never use your services again. I will be sure to share my expericne with all of my traveling co-workers so they don't run into this type of nonsense when renting a vechicle.
