  Among some of the best customer service I've ever seen. I work with alot of different auto shops and it's been hit or miss sometimes with the quality but the atmosphere here was phenomenal. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and polite. The manager, Steve, is really a great guy who clearly cares about both his employees and the shopping experience of his customers. His staff really sets the standard of service that people should expect when they walk into one of these institutions.

  Unfortunately I had a problem with my car battery. I took it to the experts at AutoZone in Bloomingdale. They had the machine to check the battery. The results was the alternator was putting out 100% And the battery was not holding a charge. I purchased a 3-year battery I had a great price. To be honest with you I've been going to AutoZone for over 20 years did Dan behind your parts and if you ever need a refund there's never a problem 😀🤑🚘

  Just came here and Steve helped me out. Very polite and professional and took a lot of stress off of me as I didn’t know how to change my lightbulb in my car. He made my day! Thanks! 😁

  I came in at almost close on the 12th with running lamps out, They were closing in 10 minutes.. Riddick was helping me out and although the store closed Riddick went above and beyond and helped me get my truck back started for at least 30 minutes after store closing in a dark parking lot.. shout out to Riddick you saved the day. Give that guy a promotion, not many people care anymore but On this night Riddick showed he genuinely cared. Good job 👏🏼
