    Car smelled like smoke and pulled to right. I had to febreeze it and air up the tires. I would not reccomend using them.

    Had a reservation 8/14-8/24 at this location. Upon arriving i went to pick up the mini van that was reserved, and they advised they only accept credit cards with out of state licenses. advised i had a rental a week prior in fort Lauderdale using a debit card w/o issue. Had to wait 3 hours to get a rental at the airport location through budget for the same price enterprise offered. i want to know why one (multiple) locations accept debit with out of state license and this location does not. called 1-800 number, zero help tried to call this branch, zero help. this location deleted my first review. this location lost $600 from their own actions.

    I couldn’t be happier with my rental and Kate provided excellent customer service. She helped out when I reserved the car at the wrong location and when I needed to return after hours. Highly recommend the Valparaiso, FL Enterprise. 🤝
