    HORRIBLE first experience! I scheduled a reservation through the app 5 days early after planning my trip for a month to ensure I could get a vehicle. An hour before my check in time, I received a call from Chase that they didn't have a vehicle for me, were trying to get one from the Panama City location, and would call me with an update. An hour later, at my check in time, they hadn't called so I tried to call them several times, without any answer. Now, there are at least 20 locations within a 60 mile radius. And they don't have a single car, that they couldn't even down or upgrade me to? Ridiculous. I have monthly planned trips in the future and will be taking my business elsewhere. UPDATE: The review response is utterly useless help. The website link only takes you to a page of general options. When you select customer service, the link isn't found. I'm fully convinced the company as a whole simply doesn't care.

    The car smelled horrible! Like a wet dog! It was dirty inside and out and when I called to say something Chase was very unhelpful! He didn't care at all and I went to work nauseous and smelling like the car everyday even though I kept the windows down the entire time! He was very unprofessional and because of him alone I will never rent from you guys again! This matter should be looked into because I'm sure I'm only one of many dissatisfied customers, especially with his attitude! I wish I could leave a no star review!
