- DRDavina RollinsMay 6, 20261.0The car smelled horrible! Like a wet dog! It was dirty inside and out and when I called to say something Chase was very unhelpful! He didn't care at all and I went to work nauseous and smelling like the car everyday even though I kept the windows down the entire time! He was very unprofessional and because of him alone I will never rent from you guys again! This matter should be looked into because I'm sure I'm only one of many dissatisfied customers, especially with his attitude! I wish I could leave a no star review!

That girl is sweet and does her best to get you in what you want without completely breaking the bank! Not a big fan of Alex , we retuned our car right on time but because he was with another customer , he had the nerve to charge me an additional day… very strange and unprofessional , a few more issues with him but I’ll leave it at that. Ashley however I really appreciate her! See you soon!

He was very understanding and helpful with securing our rental at a short notice and assisted me with ensuring drop off will go smoothly. He explained all the details and fees for the rental and did a complete walk through ensuring the vehicle was in good condition. Very hospitable and attentive staff that will do their best to accommodate your needs for a rental. I would greatly recommend renting a vehicle from this office! I will definitely return for future rental services I may need!
