I appreciate Clarence helping me today. He was incredibly professional and helpful and gave me several options. I was en route to South Florida When one of my tire shredded. Clarence took me in as soon as the tow truck brought my vehicle in.Thank you for making a minimum disruption in my trip and I will definitely come back for future visit. I highly recommend them!

On June 26, 2026 I went to tire kingdom to get a flat tire repaired. During this time my truck power running board on the passenger side was damaged when they jacked it up to do the repair. I was watching them through the shop window. They jacked my truck up and immediately let it down and then jacked it up again. I went outside to the shop and told them to make sure they were careful with my running boards and walked back inside the building. Less than 10 minutes later they tell me the tire can't be repaired because it was a slice instead of a puncture. I left and drove back to Homestead Florida. After I got home I walked around to the passenger side to get some things out of the truck. As I opened the back door the running board lowered and I got the thing from the truck and closed the door. The running board goes up and immediately come back down and I took the thing from the truck into the garage and go back to the truck to see why the running board came back down. I opened the door and closed it again. The running board went up and immediately back down. I lay down on the ground up under the truck to see what's going on and that when I see a broken bracket on my running board and I immediately knew those guy broke the bracket when they jacked the truck the first time. No one said a word. I took pictures and made a video of the broken bracket. The very next morning I called this tire kingdom and ask for the person (Clarence Hamilton) who helped me and told him what I found.I sent the pictures and video. When I got of the phone I was under the impression that it would be taken care of. I wait almost a week and called again because I hadn't heard anything. I asked to talk to Clarence Hamilton and I was told he wasn't there. I was talking to Kevin Wood ( a manager). He asked if he could help me. I began to tell him about the problem. He knew nothing about it. I sent him the pictures and video also. He tell me he's going to review the shop video recording to see what was going on that day. He asked me to bring my truck back to the shop 4 1/2 hours of driving one way I decided I wasn't about to take a day off from work just so they can look at this broken bracket. I asked If can take it to a local tire kingdom and he said I could but they needed to see it at the shop in Titusville I have yet to hear from him about the shop video. Almost a month later and still nothing. Hello Google family I received a message from the Store manager on today July 21, 2026 asking what he could do to rectify the issue with my power running board. I told him I had already replaced the broken bracket and the power running board is now working as it's supposed to. It cost me $143 at my local Toyota dealership. I sent him a copy of receipt from the dealership and a photo of the new bracket. He contacted corporate tire kingdom and they processed the payment to my card. Thanks Mike (Store manager)you're a real stand up guy.
