  I have been getting regular oil changes since they opened. They are professional and customer service is clearly their top value. I highly recommend them and they also have a very generous discount for US Veterans. Shout out to Robert Newhouse and Matthew Johnson

  My first visit on 05-07-2026 was great-- unexpectedly superb. The guys were friendly, new what they were doing very professionally to get your vehicle serviced quickly, and especially efficiently. I have no relation whatsoever with these folks but this was really incredible... a joy to watch and listen to. They easily made their 5 star rating - with my great experience. Thanks guys.

  I can't praise these guys enough!!! I pulled up, was told to pull right in no waiting. Vincent has so awesome by offering me a bottle of water right away! I explained I was about to take a long trip and needed an oil change and inspection as well. He was right on it. He told me everything they were going to do and how the inspection went in full details. It was nice nice to feel taken care of. The Team all worked together to make the process fast and smooth. Thank you gentleman for everything, you all were awesome

  We are in town on vacation and business and drove all the way from Colorado so we came due for our oil change. I looked up places on Google to get it done and Strickland Brothers had great reviews so we decided to give them a try. Vincent Giordano and Matthew Johnson were fantastic. They were kind, courteous, and very fun to talk to. Not only did we get wonderful customer service they are very good at their job talking back and forth making sure everything gets done right. After working in automotive for over 13 years myself I really appreciate a shop and technicians that leave you feeling confident that your car is getting taken care of right as if it was their own cause I know how hard that is to find these days. Thanks again!!

  Poor Customer Service: The lady was borderline rude and combative when I went to check my mileage. She was worried about me being on my phone and kept being angsty and blatant about it. I was just trying to tell her that I had written down the mileage, usage, and other information regarding my oil change because I couldn't get to the gauge in time to tell her. Usually, I take the keys out of the ignition when parking while waiting my turn to be serviced (as I didn't want to run my gas low). My last oil change was September 20, so it has been seven months since I was there the first time. She denied service, because I didn't use enough oil to qualify for a change. Then ignored me and quickly dismissed me, how much I never got a chance to explain anything else either before walking off to attend to another customer. I tried calling the manager about the mishap, and they SHOWED ME that they aren't WORTH reaching out to, either. I never even received any services; I just up and left and will never return. 😡 😡 If I could give it a 0, I would, but I'll leave it at that
