  Steve over the phone wasted hours of my time to book a window replacement then jumped the price up at the very end quoting me over $100 more than the original quote.

  5-Star Review for Gerber Collision & Glass My daughter was hit by another driver, and dealing with the insurance company quickly turned into a nightmare. I was beyond frustrated and ready to pull my hair out. Finally, I decided to take the car to Gerber Collision & Glass myself. From the moment I walked in, the lady at the front desk was wonderful. She immediately calmed me down, assured me she would handle everything, and she truly did. After that, I didn’t have to deal with the insurance company at all. Gerber took care of absolutely everything — including the rental car — and kept me informed every step of the way with text messages. Whenever important decisions needed to be made, they called me right away and gave honest, straightforward input. The final repair work was outstanding. The car looks like it was never in an accident. The whole situation was stressful, but Gerber made it as easy and painless as possible. I only wish I had gone to them sooner instead of wasting time fighting with the insurance company. I can’t say enough great things about this place. The entire team was professional, caring, open, and honest from beginning to end. They worked with us every step of the way and truly went above and beyond. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for collision repair. Highly, highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass!

  Crashed my car (not my finest moment 💅), but the team at Gerber Collision & Glass absolutely saved the day. The all-ladies office staff was everything. As a woman I felt totally comfortable, safe, and honestly like I was in the best hands. Since it was my first accident, they walked me through every step like patient pros and answered all my ‘wait… what does that mean?’ questions without a hint of judgment. They kept me in the loop the whole time, and my car came back looking flawless — like the accident never even tried it. If you want stress handled and your car looking right, this is the place. 10/10, would trust them again (hopefully not too soon 😉).”
