- RNRobert NewbergApr 1, 20265.0I’m giving this location 5 stars solely because of Brandon. My experience on Friday, March 27, 2026 was disappointing. I reserved a Tahoe or Expedition in advance and even called ahead to confirm, but when I arrived, only a Wagoneer was available. That part was fine, but what wasn’t acceptable was the lack of communication. The previous manager (female, who I later saw at drop-off) never mentioned that a credit card would be required. I’ve rented from Enterprise for years, and while I understand policies for certain vehicles, this should have been clearly communicated ahead of time. Instead of addressing me directly, she had another employee relay the message and didn’t come over herself. That lack of professionalism immediately lost my respect. The vehicle also wasn’t properly cleaned and had visible marks inside. I brought this up when returning the vehicle. Brandon handled the return and completely turned the experience around. He was professional, took accountability, and made things right. I genuinely appreciated how he handled the situation. Because of the initial experience, I wasn’t planning on returning to this location. However, hearing that Brandon is now the manager gives me more confidence moving forward.
