I needed a vehicle for 10 days to transport myself and a couple large items to Pennsylvania. I booked the car back on April 28th and my pickup date was August 19th at 5:30pm. They had around 30 returns due back but only 3 actually came back and by the time I got off work and got home there really wasn't anything for me. Now mind you I had to leave my apartment that evening and had hotel reservations for the next day in Pennsylvania. All this was my last little vacation before I left the country on the 30th for South America. With not much time left before the employees went home for the day the guy in charge, and I am terrible with names but I think Brandon ? Tall, late 20's wore a man bun. He went out of his way several times to be sure I got something that would work for me. He was absolutely amazing and treated me like a v.i.p. I worked for the Disney company for 20 years with 8 years Army service and owned and operated a Bed & Breakfast in Pennsylvania for 14 years so I know how gracious hospitality works believe me. I was always treated great at this location, so kudos to all past and present employees from the last 3 years. So I wanted to do a shout out to the guy that saved me from a possible stroke had I been given the usual response of "Oh well don't know what to tell ya" attitude that is so common today. Thanks again, sorry so late in my response but better late than never as they say. Sincerely, John Truett

Tevaul was great! I came in just for peace of mind on vehicle condition for the long trip back to Canada. He answered my questions and explained it so I understand. He came and did a quick check to get me safely back on the road. :)

Rented a car on 09/12/2025 and thought all tolls were paid by me in October 2025. Just received an Enterprise Toll bill for a Maryland tunnel, now 11 months later. Surprise..... Enterprise has since credited me for this. It is a pleasure to see a company like Enterprise handling this with such reasonableness. Thank you and I look forward to future business with Enterprise.
