  Surprised at the poor effort. Damaged paint, left trim loose, left broken chips of glass on car seat. I guess I should have bought air filter and wipers might have received better service .

  I ordered my glasses replacement online with Safelite it was extremely easy. I made sure my date was on my day off. We had really bad weather that day so i backed up my car into the garage when the tech called he told me I was his next stop. So I got ready and he was promptly here within 20 minutes. It wasn’t raining so he was able to do it outside, but I left the garage open just in case and he thanked me for that. He explained to me what he had to do for my vehicle in year and I let him take care of it. It only took maybe 45 minutes to an hour. He was very polite. Answered any silly question I might’ve had explained to me what he had to do. I am very satisfied. He was very knowledgeable and I would have him back anytime.

  LOOK AT ALL THE REVIEWS!!!! No stars deserved but they make us give 1 ⭐️ They LIE! DO NOT TRUST! Calling corporate to report! The fact sir stood in my face and ball faced lied to me. So appalled that someone can even do that! The nerve it takes! Bad Karma to you sir!

  The technician was very friendly, and there was only one issue which was fixed when I was able to contact the office. The most challenging aspect of dealing with Safelite is the fact that it's very difficult to get a direct line to the shop or even speak to a human through their automated line. This took several tries, and once I finally was able to reach a human, it took about 20 minutes for that person to connect me to the shop. Once I was able to do that everything was handled well. Safelite as a company would be wise to have more human involvement in customer service and to provide on their website a direct line to the shop does not route you through the automated system which is frustrating to navigate. This shop in particular does good work and we were pleased with the end result.
