  The installation of the glass appears to be fine. However, I showed up to pick up my car and there was no one at the desk. I waited 30 minutes, called 3 different phone numbers and couldn't get ahold of anyone. Eventually I found my car keys and was able to get through to corporate. Corporate tried contacting this office and couldn't get through either and they told me that I could just leave with my car since I didn't owe anything. Not only is this poor customer service but my car keys were sitting in plain sight, unattended for at least 30 minutes. Anyone could have walked out with my car in that time. Additionally, someone left their safety glasses in my car and there's residue all over my shifter and center console. Apparently a courtesy wipe down or vacuum of the dash and center console is beyond their ability as well as manning a desk.

  what a nightmare just to get a free service done. the only reason I gave two stars was that my windshield replacement got done. had to reschedule 7 times due to scratched windshields being brought to my car to be installed, to no technician being available, to the glass becoming broke by the technician. All over the course of 2 months for 1 windshield!!!!!

  Derrick, the technician, was great at communicating when he would arrive and what would be needed from me. He was friendly and informative about the process. When he was finished he informed me and asked if I had any questions. I am very pleased with the mobile service. It was very convenient from start to finish.

  It was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, did exactly what he said he would do, and the final result looks amazing. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Safelite should keep more technicians like him — I would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

  Our entire windshield replacement experience from start to complete was on point & flawlessly performed. The highlight was our technician Titus, who was amazing & a blessing for his professionalism, kindness & efficient processes. If possible, because it’s inevitable we are going to have more windshield replacements going forward, please send Titus to the Lawhorne residence. Over the many years of at least 10-12 windshield replacements performed by Safelite, we enjoyed communicating & working with Titus the most.
