Oct. 9. I had a low tire @ it had a nail in it & they patched it & told me I needed to order a tire as it probably wouldn’t hold. So I went to the Manager Jason & asked: How much for a new tire.? Jason looked it up & said $170. & said it wouldn’t be here until after 11am on Monday. I said ok & came back October 12 & they put the tire on & I came in from the waiting room to pay it . Jason said that will be $250. I said you told me the new tire would be $170…. He said ..well? There are mounting. Air & etc. He didn’t ever say anything previous except the cost would be $170.

I made an appointment online. I brought my car in for an alignment and in a little over an hour my car was parked up front waiting for me. It took no time to pay and be on my way. My steering feels much better now.

Keaton is the man. I was with my girl and her children on the way to Disney when we had to put a donut on because of a broken valve stem. He was so kind and had replaced the stem in no time and also noticed another tire was low. He had a great eye and was very professional. Thank you so much Keaton we will be back!
