  My car was towed to tires choice after a breakdown. Alternator was bad. Had my car back within 5 hrs! Great service! Great guys!

  My son when today and they changed the caliper of the front,hose replaced the brakes fluid for over 1000, they abused because one hose doesn't cost more than 50 dollars calipers 200 advance auto parts so they charge over 800 dollar, they absolutely abused of the people doesn't know or like my son it's is first car,no excuses

  I understand why you have a 2 star average rating on Yelp now. I came in for a tire repair due to a nail. That's all!! After the car was taken in to the shop, I looked out and saw my car in the air and my hood up. The guy working on the car was under the car and had looked at some things and then spent about 15 minutes texting on his phone and then walking away from the car and around the shop. I asked why my hood was up and the desk guy said that they were doing an inspection of the car. WHAT?????? I was on a very important schedule. I didn't ask for an inspection. He told me it was company policy. I didn't ask for my hood to be opened or anyone spending my time looking at other things. Doing things without permission is bad business. Its a 2024 and i have a dealer that handles all of that. Finally, i see the tire removed after watching the guy still wondering around the shop. Haul the car up, a plug would have been fine, I spent enough years with Texaco plugging tires, and I would be out of there. My wife had a very important appointment to get to. But, Nooooo about an hour later my car is down and I can leave, making my wife late and thus her appointment canceled. So, will I ever go to or recommend this place again... Not a chance and will share my experience with anyone that will listen. And to think, i had actually thought it might be good to have my car serviced there rather then the Dealer.

  My experience was really great!! I was visiting from out of town and had an issue with my coolant system. I had my car towed to the shop and while the tech Harley was not able to fix my issue due to parts not being available on a Sunday, the kindness and care he gave was immeasurable! He located the issue and gave me great instructions on what to do if I needed to drive the 60 miles back home, which I did because AAA never sent the tow truck. As a woman and a disabled veteran I really appreciate his great service!!! Thanks again Harley I made it home safely and my car never overheated!! ☺️
