  I visited Tire Choice thinking one of the Warranty's on my previous tire purchase included TPMS repair as it did say something about inspect & repair. The representative on the phone said come on in, we've got time. However, he couldn't tell me how long the procedure would take. Not even a guesstimate of 1-2 hours, 4 hours, etc. He was not encouraging, almost disrespectful. So I waited about 90 minutes to be told I needed a Right & Left Arm Assembly (?), Fuel system clean, spark plugs and a new cabin filter. I ONLY came for the TPMS and that took 90 MINUTES! Really? As it was explained by the nice latino man at the front desk, the tire sensors were not included in the warranty and due to the cost of $500+ I declined. At that point it took another 15 minutes for the technician to lower my car from the lift and drive it to the parking lot where I waited in the sun. He pulled up to me and turned off the car. Yes, he did. WAIT! The next day I discovered one of my phone charger cables was missing from the console where two had been plugged in, and one was totally gone. Not easy to fall out, it wasn't on the floor and my spouse didn't remove them. Perhaps this was my payback for not accepting their service... I won't return.

  Armando and crew were terrific! My tire was changed in 30 minutes. Courteous and professional! My tire sensor went off 2 days later and I needed 4 sensors. Will wait and see what happens next. Fingers crossed.

  Ordered tires online, showed up early. Friendly, knowledge staff that was very helpful, especially "Roc". Busy place, still got out in a reasonable time.

  Zero wouldve been appropriate. Currently at 1.5 hrs waiting to plug 1 tire on a fleet vehicle

  I’ve been to this location several times, and my previous experiences have been fine. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very disappointing. I requested that my tires be rotated and the tire pressures (PSI) be checked. When I picked up my vehicle, I asked if the PSI had been adjusted, and no one seemed to know. I was eventually told it had been done, but as soon as I drove away, I noticed the tire pressures didn’t match, making me question whether it was actually completed. What upset me even more was the condition of my vehicle when it was returned. I have a white vehicle that I had just washed, and there were black greasy fingerprints all along the drivers side. I had also just had the interior professionally detailed, but there was a large grease smudge on my steering wheel. When I grabbed the wheel, my hands were covered in black residue, which then transferred to other parts of the interior. To make matters worse, a dirty grease rag had been left sitting on my passenger seat, leaving grease there as well. When I told the manager about the rag, he just looked at me, and told one of the workers to come out and grab it from me. When the worker came up to take the rag, he said, “I didn’t do this.” Mistakes can happen, but being unapologetic & returning a customer’s vehicle in this condition is unacceptable. I hope the staff takes more care with customers’ vehicles and pays closer attention to the services that are requested.
