  Christopher was amazing! I was early for my reservation and he and his team prepared my vehicle quickly and thoroughly, despite having a shortage of cars. Christopher kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle preparation and was very cordial and personable. This location and team are highly recommended!

  I tried to give this place another chance but this right here I will never be back. If I could give negative stars to this place I would. I Rented a Nissan Pathfinder 6/17-6/24. Total was $503.21 for the week. The day before coming back from our trip the AC stops working. Contacted corporate and they helped us find the nearest enterprise to swap cars. We get there and all the had was a jetta so we took it we didn't care at this point we just needed working AC. When we returned the car on 6/24 the guy Jacob told my husband that $300 would be taking off for the hassle and not to worry. Well a week went by and we didnt see an email or a charge until today 6/30 for $499 when it should have been $203.21. I called and spoke to a manager named brian who was unaware of the situation, then I was transferred to a district manager who was rude and to be quiet honest I feel like he thought I was lying then told me that Jacob was not authorize to do that and that cars malfunction all the time it happens. (I was in complete shock with this customer service) he then tells me he needs to call Jacob to confirm he verbally said he was taking $300 off our total and would call me back, And well I NEVER got the call back. So I'm assuming he thought I was lying. MY LAST TIME EVER RENTING FROM THIS PLACE OF LIARS and unprofessional customer service. If they tell you they are taking money off get it in writing or record it on your phone.

  There are no words that can express our appreciation for Enterprise Car Rental, specifically Brant who got the ball rolling, then connected us with the manager Chris who together they worked miracles for our family who found ourselves stranded in Florida trying to make our way back to our broken down RV, and eventually to home in Wisconsin! It was a stressful day with unexpected expenses racking up by the minute with the unexpected 5 day breakdown of our transportation. We started with Hertz who’s kindest gift was to direct us to Enterprise in Lake Sumter and we finally ended with Enterprise rental with Leslie who’s smiled greeting us with “you guys just come from Lake Sumter - assuring us Chris delivered his promise in spades - a vehicle that had just been dropped off and was currently be washed and readied for us. Chris, Brant and Leslie could not have been more kind and helpful - understanding both offices were very busy at the time.

  Thieves. Rented a car from the Villages at Lake Sumter Landing, and after two broken cars we had to swap out for a third vehicle so they brought us one from the Wildwood location. This was due to an insurance claim and everything was covered....and they still managed to charge us almost $8 per gallon for gas for a Landcruiser because we brought it back lower than they brought it to us, even though the original vehicle we got was almost on empty and that we had to fill it up, only to lose it the next day because of poor maintenance. Same for the next vehicle. And then, $153 for 13 gallons, and they charged us for tolls we did not even go through, not even close to a toll road. This is after we brought it back three days early. Stay far far away from the Enterprise lots in Lake Sumter and the Wildwood location at the Chevy place. Unless you are prepared to be robbed a week after you bring it back....shady and poor business practices. The one in Ocala is a way better and honest in their dealings.

  Super super good we have lost everything in hurricane Milton and after wrecking our motorcycle when some Yahoo pulled out in front of us. Enterprise leasing got with my insurance company and got me a ride even picked me up and gave me an upgrade because they did not have the immediate car that was ordered so instead of waiting they gave us an upgrade very nice of them to do shows real customer service
