  The customer service was a real mess. I didn't expect to be treated as a liar and rubber.

  8 came in on a Thursday approximately 3:00. Was told you didn't add the tire size that I needed. Was told I could get one delivered from another store that night I had the tire put on the rim. Let the rim there. Told them I would come back on Friday morning. Came back Friday morning. Was told the truck was not there yet with the delivery and my tire. They told me to come back later in the afternoon it would be ready. I came back no tire was delivered, so it was not put on the rim I left with them. Was told to come back Saturday morning. I waited and came back Saturday afternoon. Stood in the lobby for for approximately 30 minutes. No one was in the lobby except customers. The manager came back out finally and told me my tire was ready. And it was. He put it in my trunk for me. And I thanked him for putting it in the trunk.

  Wednesday night I had an emergency tire situation I needed to pull off 75 and get a tire replaced. A friend of mine met me took my tire off. We went to tire choice and got a tire put on. We were never asked if we wanted a warranty and we were told that this was the last tire that they had that would fit my car. Obviously with the tire places closing very soon and them having one last tire that would work. We were very thankful . So the general manager Jarrett was very nice and helped us load the tire into my friend’s car. So I make the 1 Hour Dr. home from Temple Terrace to Spring Hill. On Thursday morning I noticed a bubble in the tire now I’m not able to get back on Thursday however, Friday I do call Jarrett. Let him know what’s going on he says bring it in and if he’s not there, he will let his assistant manager know what’s going on so I can get taken care of. So after speaking with Jarrett I head down to Temple Terrace from Springhill where I just missed him by 10 minutes unfortunately however the assistant manager has no idea of who I am or the conversation me and Jarrett had earlier in the day. She pulls up my receipt, sees that I was just in on Wednesday says she’ll get the tire checked out. Well, after waiting two hours, my car is finally brought back into the bay where they asked me to show them where the bubble on the tire was when I showed her where the bubble was in the tire she said oh no doubt the tire would have to be replaced and she did have some other tires that she believes would fit my car, but they were not as a good quality as a tire that they had just put on two days before. So I asked if I got the tire of lesser quality would there be any reimbursement since now I’ve had to make a trip from Springhill to Temple Terrace for a faulty tire. The tire is not going to be the same quality tire. She said she would have to call her manager well after calling her manager, she told me my only options or to either leave my tire with them and purchase another tire where they would hopefully get reimbursed from the tire company because tire choice does not offer warranty however the tire manufacturer does offer warranty. Or leave with the tire that she has now said is really not safe to drive on so I said well I would like to speak with the manager considering the tire was just put on two days ago. Jarrett advised me we did not purchase the roadside warranty therefore there’s no warranty that the tire shop offers when i advised I was never offered a warranty. He said yes you were but you declined well then when I start explaining the situation and how he was the one who just even helped to load the tire into the car, he said oh well that explains why you weren’t offered a warranty because the car wasn’t on site and we only offer warranties to cars that are on site. Well had I known that that was going to be the difference of a warranty or not I could have driven my car there. It was only five minutes up the road on a spare so he contradicted himself saying at first I declined the warranty, but then saying I wasn’t offered the warranty because I didn’t have the car on site. He then proceeded to tell the assistant manager who was one of two employees working who also said she was training and this was only her second week to get my car out of the bay and call the police if I would not leave the property immediately so now I have to leave with a tire that is defective that I bought from this location two days earlier and make an hour drive home. this location is run by a liar and giving tire choice a bad name. They will sell you faulty equipment and then tell you it not their problem !

  I would not recommend this place at all. I will never go back. They quoted me for pirelli tires. I scheduled the service and they put some off brand tire on my car. I looked up the tires on Google. They were running about $500 for 4. I paid $800 for 4. I asked the price of a wheel alignment. They said 134.99. It ended up costing $278 after they played with the numbers. A coworker told me they did the tire switch with him as well. This place is just awful.
