  Today we have an emergency. We are from central north Florida and were visiting Tampa. At 3 pm we found one of our tires completely flat. This place was around the corner and they say in their web site that they open for service until 6pm. We have already call 3 other places that did not have space for us. This place has a call center to make appointments. We call, very nice person at the phone and they offer us 2 times. At 4 and at 4.30 pm same day. We accepted 4pm. I put some air on the tire and rush. We arrived at 3.30 pm. The person at the desk told us that they were not accepting clients because all the appointments were full. We explain our situation and told him we did have an appointment, but he replied that that is a problem of the call center and not of them. My question are: Why do they have a call center? Why they don’t have a direct number in Google or the web site? They only have one person inside waiting for their service. Poor service, poor quality of care, poor system and management. Thank God we found Tampa Mobile Tire Assistance who resolve our problem and repaired the tire in 15 minutes helping us get home safe.

  I was in a pinch and needed help with a flat. they were more than happy to help and got me back on the road safely to continue my 2 hour drive home. highly recommend! even gave my kids snacks and drinks on the hot Florida day while we waited.

  Gave me incorrect details of my tire purchase which I didn’t find out until after I purchased them and my media console was not working when I got my car back. I had to go to the dealership to reset it.

  I gave this shop three chances, and each visit followed the same pattern. First visit: A repair took three days and the bill was steep - parts were marked up roughly 50%, plus a $44 "shop supply fee" and a $50 diagnostic fee. When I asked them to waive the diagnostic fee since I had the repair done there (standard practice at most shops), I was told "that's not how it's done these days." The other places, including dealers, had no issue waiving the fee. Second visit: Same added fees, and this time the part was priced about $500 over the OEM price I found with a quick search. Jarett, the manager, gave me several explanations that didn't hold up: that the cost was simply what his supplier charged, that the part required programming (it didn't), and that there were only four of these parts in the entire US. I called corporate, and they told me they would stop using that supplier. Third visit: Same inflated pricing, same fees, same excuses - again about $500 over OEM for the part. When I pushed back, Jarett said they had to make a profit. I took the car to the dealer instead, and the same job cost $700 less. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Three times? Never again. If you don't know what repairs should reasonably cost, this shop will take full advantage of that. Get a second quote before agreeing to anything here. Not recommended.

  I really do appreciate Jarded today he took care swapping my tires on last min before they close, it was emergency. If I could I would rate this 20/5 stars. They were nice quick twords me and the service if I wasnt middle moving I would have came back to this location to do more work on my car.
