  This shop handled my wheel alignment after I felt my car pulling slightly to one side. The technician took a test drive first, then adjusted everything carefully. I noticed the difference immediately on the drive home. Waiting area is simple but clean, and the staff kept things straightforward without unnecessary talk.

  First time here and Jarett greated me well! Luckily there was no line and I was able to get right into a bay. Nizar was nice as well and took my key to rotate my tires and balance them. Service was quick, affordable and I also had them look over the car if I needed anything else. Maybe an alignment? They looked over everything and told me nothing else was needed and I was good to go! So my review here is for the service and the honesty with my first time here! I also hear Jarett tell another customer that she had nothing else needed on her car and that was also refreshing to hear as so many shops take advantage of people!   8 came in on a Thursday approximately 3:00. Was told you didn't add the tire size that I needed. Was told I could get one delivered from another store that night I had the tire put on the rim. Let the rim there. Told them I would come back on Friday morning. Came back Friday morning. Was told the truck was not there yet with the delivery and my tire. They told me to come back later in the afternoon it would be ready. I came back no tire was delivered, so it was not put on the rim I left with them. Was told to come back Saturday morning. I waited and came back Saturday afternoon. Stood in the lobby for for approximately 30 minutes. No one was in the lobby except customers. The manager came back out finally and told me my tire was ready. And it was. He put it in my trunk for me. And I thanked him for putting it in the trunk.
