They were friendly and I feel like they explained any extra Services besides the oil change without being pushy. I really appreciate the friendliness and the upfront candidness about services.

After I waited nearly an hour with only two vehicles in front of me I pull in get hit with an extra charge for an oil filter, a surcharge AND a shop fee. The total for an ""ECONOMY"" oil change was $80.00, however, they discounted only $25.00! I will absolutely file a formal complaint with the BBB and comment the truth on every social media page I can!
