  Possibly one of the worst service experiences I’ve had with any Volvo dealership, and I’m on my 6th Volvo. They had to keep my XC60 because they could not figure out what the issue was with my driver assist. Finally they heard from Volvo directly who told them the DIM needed to be replaced.$3000 later my car was repaired….. kind of. My Volvo is 8 years old with 120K on it. I understand things break. No problem. I didn’t gripe about the cost. I get it. But when I pick my car up and a Volvo On Call light is on, which has NEVER been on before, and I’m told they can price out the repair for me, is when I have a problem. Coincidence that a warning light that’s NEVER come on before appears right after my car is repaired and a software update is done? Sorry folks…. Something’s not right, and no one wanted to work with me to resolve the issue. Then, I returned to loaner car, and explained to them I tried for 5 minutes at the gas station to get the filler door open, and finally gave up… I get my loaner contract emailed back to me with a cost of $84 for 3/4 of a tank of gas. Where are they getting their gas from? I paid for my repair, paid for the gas, but will not set foot in Ferman Volvo ever again. There are Volvo dealers elsewhere in this area, and I would suggest people do their due diligence before deciding where to take their vehicle for service. Let the buyer beware.

  Excellent service from start to finish. Scheduled my 80,000 mile service for my S90 with Sean. He was extremely helpful from start to finish. Was offered refreshments and a chauffeur to and from my appointment in case I wanted to wait somewhere else besides the service lounge. Needed a part ordered, and they got it in within a couple of days and immediately scheduled me for follow up service. 10 out of 10 recommend this service department.

  I did not have a great experience with dealerships finance department as my extended warranty paperwork had “incorrect”date typed and instead of the original manufacturer in service date showed the date when I purchased the vehicle. According to the dealership all certified wrapped extended warranty start on the original in service date. In my case I purchased the vehicle in 2021 with 7 year term or 100k miles but was told that 7 year term ended in 2025 because it went back to 2018 original in service date. I came in as my AC was blowing warm air and thinking the extended warranty was going to cover the cost. I was given around $5k to replace faulty evaporator core. The dealer refused to cover this cost and acknowledged the date mistake on the warranty paperwork. They were going to refund me $500 I paid that day for evac and recharge along with some software update push but of course I never received this money. Lastly, one and the only star goes to the lady behind the desk (won’t share her name here) who did a great job making sure I at least received complementary car wash and she also had them fill up my gas.Stay away from this business!!

  Recently purchased a CPO Volvo from this location and was really grateful for the ease and transparency through the whole process! I have looked at and contacted many dealers across all of Florida, and they were the easiest and most low pressure to work with. Overall happy with the experience.

  Great service from the parts department! Came in to pick up an online order and Mike was incredibly helpful. He even showed me how to install the part. Look forward to returning for regular service here.
