  I have never experienced customer service like this. When I walked in, no one greeted me, spoke to me, or even acknowledged me. I waited while the two customers ahead of me were helped, and the phones rang almost continuously. At one point, the employee even commented that “today would be the day” she ripped the phones out of the wall. After I had been waiting approximately 30 minutes, another woman abruptly rushed into the store complaining that no one ever answered the phone. Instead of acknowledging that I had been waiting, the employee immediately began addressing her concerns. I politely spoke up and asked if I could please be helped. I did not yell, raise my voice, insult anyone, or speak harshly. The other customer became rude toward me, and instead of de-escalating the situation, the employee became hostile toward me as well. I explained that I had arranged my vehicle exchange by phone the night before and had specifically been told to come to this location. The employee snapped that I should have called her directly so she could order a vehicle. I explained that no one had told me that and simply asked how long it would take to get a car. Her response was essentially to tell me to leave. She ultimately refused to assist me at all and told me to leave the store, while the customer who had walked in after me demanding immediate attention was helped. I left crying and genuinely confused about why I had been treated as though I were the problem. I understand businesses can be understaffed, busy, and dealing with difficult circumstances. I am extremely empathetic to that. What I cannot understand is the hostility and contempt directed toward a customer who had waited patiently and was simply trying to complete an exchange that had already been arranged. I will not let this experience go without reporting it. This employee needs serious coaching on basic customer service, professionalism, and how to treat customers with respect.

  On June 30, 2026, I rented a vehicle from Enterprise Rent‑A‑Car at 38890 US Hwy 19, Tarpon Springs, FL. I made the reservation in advance and provided all required information, including my updated contact details, residency, billing information, and driver’s license. My reservation was for a standard SUV for seven days, with pickup on June 30 at 12:00 PM and return on July 7 at 12:00 PM. At 11:00 AM on July 7, I contacted Blake, the representative who assisted me during pickup, to request an extension because my personal vehicle was still being serviced. I also asked for an adjustment since I had reserved and paid for a standard SUV but was given a compact SUV instead. Blake stated that the compact SUV rate was $260 per week and $36.88 for each additional day. He told me I had been charged a weekly rate of $280 and that I was owed $21.67. I explained multiple times that my receipt clearly shows I was charged $295 per week for a standard SUV. Using Blake’s own quoted compact rate of $260 per week, the correct difference is $35. Blake’s calculation reflected the midsize SUV rate of $285, not the standard SUV rate I paid for. Despite repeated clarification, he refused to make the $35 adjustment. I sent Blake a photo of my receipt, which states: “1 week @ $295.00 / week – Standard SUV – Chevrolet Equinox or similar,” totaling $320.24 after taxes and fees, plus a $300 deposit. Blake claimed he could not view the photos. When I requested the manager’s name and contact information, he stated that he was the manager. When I asked for his supervisor’s information, he refused to provide it. I also checked Enterprise’s current posted rates on July 7, 2026. The standard SUV rate is $305 per week, and the compact SUV rate is $270 per week—a $45 difference. I am only requesting the $35 difference based on the rates Blake himself provided. Neither the posted rates nor Blake’s quoted rates support the $21.67 adjustment he offered.
