    I have been frequently Westshore Honda for my service needs. They provide timely coupons that are very useful to help maintain my Honda CRV. Although overall service has been mediocre in the past, today, the service was exceptional. The newest representative Jasmine Rodriguez was great. I called last week after learning there was a leak in my front gasket. After speaking to a helpful agent at Westshore, she placed notes in the computer that the issue was covered by my extended warranty. At first when I arrived, I was skeptical as to whether this would be located and honored. Yet, the manager Kaleaf (or Kalef) and Jasmine were able to locate the warranty and notes in the computer. Jasmine personally called to ensure she could get everything covered. After waiting for about 2 hours, I returned to the front desk to ask if I could get a ride home to finish working. She quickly called me an Uber, I was able to go back home, and she messaged me when my car was ready. Upon returning to Westshore Honda, everything was ready and she and the manager (Kaleaf or Kalef) also ensured my other questions were answered. This was the best experience I have had thus far at Westshore Honda - 5 stars today!

    Me and my husband, had an amazing experience buying our car at Honda thanks to Benny and Roger. From the moment we walked in, Benny welcomed us with a great attitude and immediately offered to help. He never made us feel pressured, was very agreeable throughout the process, and took the time to answer all of our questions and explain everything clearly. Honestly, the whole process felt smooth and a lot less stressful than we imagined it would be. We also appreciated that they actually listened to us and worked with us during the negotiation process instead of making us feel rushed. Roger was also very helpful throughout the process and worked with us to make sure we were comfortable with the deal. We really appreciated being able to negotiate openly and honestly, and in the end we felt like we got a great car for a great value. Thank you both for making the experience so positive and stress free!

    My experience with Westshore Honda was unique, because it was an entirely remote purchase. I first contacted the dealership through a listing on CarFax. The vehicle was exactly what I had been searching for: the right model, year, color, and mileage. The only catch: the car was in Florida, and I was in Wisconsin. My rating reflects the whole sales interaction, from beginning to end. Early in the process, multiple salespeople contacted me. Unbeknownst to me — and seemingly to them as well — the dealership had assigned two salespeople, and two sales managers, to my inquiry. The confusion was compounded by high end-of-month sales volume on a Sunday. I also needed to negotiate to receive the lower online price listed on CarFax rather than the higher price shown on the dealership’s website. We waited 36 hours to receive confirmation of our final sales details from the finance team. This shook our confidence. We nearly walked away. Ultimately, however, the dealership honored the lower price I referenced, and was also able to match my pre-approved financing rate. This is the reason I am giving a 4-star, versus 5-star rating. Responsiveness early in our interaction was inconsistent. Understandably, I was anxious. Florida dealerships sell used vehicles “as is,” and I had never even driven the car. However, two people at Westshore ultimately gave us the confidence to move forward: Gabby in the finance office and Darius in sales. Both were responsive, patient, and thorough in answering my questions. Gabby stayed late one evening to walk us through the sales contract and explain reciprocal state registration requirements. They also helped verify that the manufacturer’s warranty would transfer, which was especially important. The vehicle was purchased from the used inventory, and was not certified pre-owned. Her willingness to answer every question gave us much-needed peace of mind. We also knew that if something was terribly wrong with the car, it was under bumper to bumper warranty by the manufacturer. Darius was equally helpful throughout the process. He offered 5-star service. He provided multiple videos, detailed photos, and a full vehicle walk-through, while remaining consistently communicative as we finalized the sale and shipping arrangements. Darius answered a lot of questions before I sent my down payment. After, he proactively confirmed details with the transport company I hired to ship the vehicle from Florida to Wisconsin, took photos during pickup, contacted me when the carrier arrived, and followed up later to make sure everything went smoothly. When the vehicle arrived to us, it exceeded expectations. It was in better condition than the photos suggested, with both the interior and exterior in very nice shape. The car drives exactly as expected, and I’m extremely pleased — and relieved — with the outcome. Before writing this review, I waited a week, and repeatedly charged and drove the (electric) car for hundreds of miles without mishap. Car-buying experiences have never been something I enjoy; for me, they usually rank somewhere alongside dental appointments: necessary, but stressful. This time, however, the experience ended on a genuinely positive note. I would work with Westshore Honda, and Darius, again. Thanks!

    Expressing gratitude is not always easy. First and foremost, I would like to acknowledge myself for taking the initiative to move forward with this opportunity. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to Jaily Olivera, Roger Blasco, his manager, and the finance specialist, GiGi, for their outstanding support throughout the leasing process. Their professionalism, guidance, and empathetic approach made the entire experience smooth and efficient. Working with them truly felt as though I had a trusted advisor by my side every step of the way. That being said, every experience has areas for improvement. In my case, the initial point of contact was Ms. Damaris Ramírez. While our interaction started positively, I requested several follow-up calls that were never returned. On the day I visited the dealership to finalize the transaction, she was not present, despite being aware of my scheduled arrival time. Additionally, there was no communication to inform me of her absence or any unforeseen circumstances. For clarity, I am referring to April 28, and I never had the opportunity to meet her in person. I want to emphasize that this reflects solely on her individual conduct and does not represent the team as a whole. Despite this, my overall experience remains highly positive, and I confidently maintain a 5-star rating. However, I believe it would be appropriate for dealership management to ensure that documentation accurately reflects the individuals who actively participated in the sales or leasing process. It is only fair that recognition is given to those who dedicated their time—especially the team members who stayed with me until midnight to complete everything.
