Salespeople here are great and so are the cars just beware of management, probably the most unprofessional inconsiderate and incompetent people I have ever not had the pleasure of dealing with. Zero professionalism or customer service, do yourself a favor and read not just their bad reviews but how the owner will attack you in the reply. That will give you an idea of the type of people they are 😂 do yourself a favor and take the 40 min drive to tarpon springs or Clearwater you will thank me ðŸ˜

My issue is that what I realized is that I feel based on my research of the vehicle difference that they really made the 2023 XC60 B5 Plus a 2026 Ultra XC60 B5. Upping the price by recatorgirizing it. So in essence the style and things you got in 2023 has now been stripped to Core or XC40. Im use to telling the dealership I want the same car and they deliver close to it as they can. BMW had never been like this. There is such a drastic downgrade. This car isn't even close to it. Its downgraded with a bigger flat screen and clear shift gear. Take that away and its a basic Core level. Volvo should be ashamed. The days are over with trusting this brand. Its cheap.
They are definitely overpriced and skimmed on the features. I hated to give up my Volvo for a new one. I felt so sad and cried. But I would've been paying 13k over the value.I think that the 2026 Volvo Xc60 is a downgrade from the 2023. Matter of fact save yourself some money as the xc60 core is the same as the Xc60 Plus. Literally no difference but the price definitely is.

This review is specifically about the service department, more specifically, Josue and Nicole, along with Service Manager Paul. Josue truly listened to my concerns and advocated for me throughout the process, while Paul took the time to ride with me so he could personally understand the issues with my car. Nicole was also amazing and always stepped in to help whenever needed. All three made me feel heard, valued, and taken seriously. Their communication, professionalism, and genuine care really stood out, and they made a huge difference in my overall experience.

My thoughts on car buying right now is that if you don't have to purchase a car don't. Bald tires? Isn't that's what my warranty covered? The one that covers it at turn in? The one I was told I didn't have?
I purchased my 2023 Volvo at Dale Mabry. When I went for my options at end of lease I went to Wesley Chapel because of the issue with the use of my warranty that's explained below. Both dealerships were involved in discussion about my options and even my trade in value of my car. I am not complaining about mileage that I placed on my car. Im okay with that. I think that the 2026 Volvo Xc60 is a downgrade from the 2023. Matter of fact save yourself some money as the xc60 core is the same as the Xc60 Plus. Literally no difference but the price definitely is. My seats are definitely not premium. I dont have the booster seats and cushion feel. They even tried to not give me inside trunk shade. I had to take it out my old car as it was covered under my extensive wear and tear plan. You can definitely feel the difference. Even the grille is plastic vs metal. I asked the guy why aren't the savings that Volvo will be getting back from the tariffs factored in. He was like well you knowwwww. So no. Then I said well should I come back and sue Volvo for the difference at a later time. Then that's when I started feeling like more incentives were being provided. Plus I'll be receiving a check back for $2100 to offset some of the mileage overage bill that I am going to receive from them. The sales person was very helpful and I would give him a 5star. But as a company a 1 star.
I know they are going to only resell my car for 20 to 23k. So why not sell it to me for that amount is what I was thinking. Or will they turn back the mileage and up the price. I will learn to be okay with what I have but I'm definitely not excited about it.
Plus Volvo is not a good company to lease because now they only give you 2 maintenance services during your lease. They treat it like you're purchasing it vs a truly covered bumper to bumper lease. I've had way better at BMW.
Also, I had an excessive wear and tear plan up to $7500 that was suppose to cover my tires while in my lease and after. Why when I tried to use my warranty during my lease they were adamant that it did not cover it. Then I asked for the paperwork of coverage which they said they didn't have but based on the warranty they saw I had it was only covered after turn in. So it was just confirmed that it was an excessive wear warranty and my tires should have been covered while I had the car. So this time I rejected all of it. This will be my last purchase. Im done. It was just financially smart to do it this way. I made definitely will not be purchasing this one at the end of the lease. I'll be more conscious about the mileage this time as I did buy more.
I had my mind made up to purchase the one I had but not at a 13k deficit. I wish I could find it at auction, purchase it and return this one and take a credit hit. Hell I have a house, other established credit, so I'll be good. I'm gonna miss my car. I would definitely look else where if you're in the new car market. Its not worth it if you don't really need to switch up your car.

I’ve been a regular customer at Volvo Cars Tampa, and I’ve never left a review before, but this time I wanted to take a moment to recognize a couple of people who truly made a difference in my experience.
Nicole has always been kind, professional, and attentive, and she’s a big reason why I’ve continued coming back over time.
During my most recent visit, I worked with a different advisor and unfortunately had a very frustrating experience. The communication was not clear, and at times the interaction felt unprofessional and not as courteous as I would have expected. I prefer not to mention names, but it was not the level of service I’m used to.
I’m very grateful for Paul Langford, who took the time to listen and help resolve everything. He was understanding, patient, and made me feel truly supported as a loyal customer.
I really appreciate the way Nicole and Paul handled the situation and helped turn things around for me. Because of them, I feel comfortable continuing to come back.
