  I have used pretty much every car wash in town and Tommy's Express is the very best. In my opinion. Some of the other full service car works is actually left small scratches in the clear coat which you can barely see unless you're in the right light. Tommy's does not at all. The staff is always very friendly and very helpful. It is the only car wash that I have the monthly membership

  Arrived 740 .. Waited 12 min to be checked out! Proceeded to the car wash got to the vacuums and they were not powered on so I requested the manager and the Rude and NASTY maintenance man told me that you pay for the car wash. The vacuums are free so Customers shouldn't be mad because they’re shut off before 8 o’clock. The MANAGER VALENTIN DID NOT PROVIDE A RESOLUTION, INSTEAD STATED I MUST CALL THE GM TO RECEIVE A RESOLUTION. Valentin was nice and apologetic however do not go to this car wash. If you do not plan on using the Full services that come with the car wash because they will terminate all the additional services right before 8 o’clock leaving your interior dirty. CHANGE YOUR CLOSE TIME TO CUT OFF TIME!!.. YOU FAILED OUR FUTURE business with our 42 CAR FLEET that you will never SEE!

  The system doesn't clean good , I asked Natalie which stated she was the supervisor could i go back through she got real smart and ran her mouth, these young folks don't have not respect for Noone, She doesn't need to be a supervisor with her nasty attitude she needs to walk around and pick up the trash. What a second time around would have hurt anything if it didn't wash good the first time. If Natalie would have gave me a friendly response like an adult it would have made a difference so I'll just keep driving to Wesley chapel... The palms and get a FANTASTIC CAR WASH FIRST TIME AROUND, NO SMART MOUTH KIDS, NICE RESPECTFUL GROWN PEOPLE AND EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO DETAIL YOUR CAR!

  Tommy’s Express Car Wash is the best car wash. They are very friendly and kind. They will help you with what they can and they will give you a cleaning kit. Def recommended !

  ⚠️ Caution, Tommy’s Express Members! I have been a loyal Tommy’s Express customer for years and have always appreciated the convenience of being able to keep my vehicle clean. Unfortunately, I recently had an experience that has completely changed my opinion. I purchased a 2026 Toyota Camry SE, which is completely stock. During a recent wash, the wheel-shine portion of the wash caused deep scratches to the ground-effect area of my vehicle on Friday. I brought the damage to the attention of the staff on Monday morning. We reviewed the available video footage together, but unfortunately, the footage was of such poor quality that it could not clearly show what happened. Because of that and the fact that I did not tell them on Friday, Tommy’s Express ultimately declined to take responsibility for the damage or assist with repairing my vehicle. What was even more disappointing was the resolution they offered: three free months of car washes. Considering my vehicle had been damaged, that offer felt extremely dismissive. Frankly, after this experience, I have no intention of putting my vehicle through that wash again. I understand that accidents can happen, but I expected better customer service and accountability when bringing a legitimate concern to their attention. I am sharing my experience so other members can make an informed decision and be aware of the potential risk to their vehicle. Loyal customers deserve better when something goes wrong. I seen the response Tommy’s Express left to my review. I stand on the fact that their wash damaged my car and that due to the terrible camera quality I could not prove it. I am very disappointed in this company and their lack of responsibility in this matter. I just wish they would have done what is right.
