  Great experience! Brought my car in to get the rotors and brake pads replaced. The service was fast, professional, and the price was fair. My brakes feel brand new and super smooth now. Highly recommend!

  I’d like to recognize the friendly and quick service of this Tire Kingdom, specifically Alex, the team member that helped me. He was quick to get me in and out and went out of his way to see if he could find me any discounts to match the price I’d been quoted at the Walmart auto center down the street.

  We are new to the area, and our rental car gave us a low tire-pressure warning: 18 PSI versus about 42 PSI normally. We went to the nearest rental car office, and they told us they had an agreement with Tire Kingdom, so we went there instead of having to go all the way back to the airport. We were nicely greeted by Alex, who looked at the tire, was aware of the agreement with the rental car company, quickly entered the information into their system, and went the extra mile to get approval from the rental car company as soon as possible so we wouldn’t be out of pocket and have to work through reimbursement later. He then put a cover on the seat and steering wheel and took the car into the garage. Just like with open kitchens, it’s a good sign when the waiting area has windows into the garage. We could see them remove the tire and work carefully, and before we knew it, they were done. Alex gave us a clear explanation of what was wrong with the tire, how they fixed it, and the safety protocols they followed. There was also another friendly employee helping, though unfortunately we didn’t catch their name. No one wants a tire problem, especially with a rental car, but what everyone wants is friendly, professional, and efficient service. That is exactly what we received from Alex and Tire Kingdom today. We don’t usually write reviews, but this one was well deserved.
