  Jay was personable, professional, and respectful. I tried to take my car to AAA and they were unable to help same day and couldn’t give me any sort of timeline. I will come back to this tire kingdom again thanks to Jay.

  My tire was pressure suddenly dropped and so I pulled over to this shop and Jay helped my friend and I. He was so nice and helpful, I highly recommend!!

  I can honestly say Jay went way beyond what I expected. I had a flat tire, and it already had me stressed out because it was one of those situations that throws your whole day off. From the moment I talked to him, he came in calm, understanding, and ready to help. What stood out the most was how he worked with me on the pricing. He didn’t make me feel stuck or taken advantage of like some places can. Instead, he actually took the time to understand my situation and made sure I was taken care of. That meant a lot. As a firefighter, I deal with people on some of their worst days, so I really pay attention to how people treat others when things aren’t going right. Jay showed real character. He wasn’t just doing a job, he was genuinely trying to help me out and make the situation easier. He was patient, respectful, and just overall kind the entire time. You could tell he cared, and that’s something you don’t always see. He made sure everything was handled smoothly and didn’t rush me or brush me off. At the end of the day, it wasn’t just about fixing a tire. It was about how he treated me as a person. That’s what stuck with me the most. I’d 100% recommend Jay to anyone. Good service is one thing, but great people are hard to find, and Jay is definitely one of them.

  This place tried to upsell me hard. I came in with a spare on and my original tire in the trunk. The employee didn’t inspect anything properly, he didn’t inflate the tire, didn’t check the rim, didn’t measure tread depth. Instead, he took pictures of my plate, zoomed in on random spots on the tire, and claimed I needed four new tires because my car is AWD. He quoted me $1000 without doing any real work. On top of that, he seemed confused, couldn’t remember his own desk, and struggled to write down basic information. I left immediately. Definitely not a place I trust. Editing to add I believe the employees name was Anthony.
