Yesterday was a terrible day, unexpected flat tire on my Tacoma at the end of the day....it was after 5 and I thought I would not be able to get a tire until the next day; I was in Tampa trying to head home to St. Pete. Went to Tire Kingdom on Henderson and not only were they open (until 6) they were friendly. After a hot day for them (working in the garage) and it was the end of the day, they were ALL still willing to help and with friendly demeanor. THAT right there will keep me going back. Kudos to the shop and team for extraordinary care and great prices too! THANK YOU!!!!

I’ve never gone to anywhere outside of my dealership and I just needed my tire patched quickly. Jay took care of us instantly and gave us beyond over the top service. It seems my prior reviews were deleted as it was showing the true Integrity of the store so I will ensure to rewrite it again and again for as long as the same people are working at this location. I was just called by the manager of this location as corporate does NOT address customer concerns AT ALL per the Manager of this location. Prior I was told to email a certain Department at Tire Kingdom which seems to be a fraud because on this phone call I was told complaints are handled by the manager in store. If this place is managed in the manner and in the way that I was spoken to and dismissed with as a customer there's no reason to ever walk into this location again.
1st Visit.. manager and mechanic claim I need new brakes and calipers I go ahead with the request. I take the car back as with my oil change my calipers were leaking while there the mechanic claims I need new hoses I tell them fix it. Later on in the day I travel no more than 4 MI for the car they start smoking up and overheats. I had the car towed back to this location to find out none of the clamps were ever tied down almost damaged my transmission.
2nd Visit. I went in just recently to have a tire repatched as I bought the insurance with the transition from Tire Kingdom to Mavis. The prior manager very respectable very understanding saw there was an error with the transition and advised he would note my account that this was paid for but was not showing up in the computer. When I go in to get the tire corrected this new manager claims he sees no information from the prior but if I give him a five-star review is willing to give me a discount?? I advise them that was improper I've been a client here for a very long time and there should be no reason for me to leave him a five-star review when he's offering subpar customer service. I advised him I wanted his manager's information and just to correct the tire at full price. When was time to pay I asked for his information he wrote his name down on a card and smuggling laughed at me when I advised that I would be reporting him.
3rd incident..
As of today the manager of the location called me which I found surprising as I emailed a location. To find out the email that is put in the link when you have a issue with someone at the store is void. The manager advises things are handled in-house which tells me nothing will be corrected at this location if by chance the manager is allowing his employees to act this way with their customers. Avoid this place at all costs
