  Great experience! Online check‑in was smooth, and I got updates throughout the whole process. The tech who worked on my car replaced my tires and pointed out a few repairs I might want to consider—no pressure, just a friendly heads‑up since my car’s getting older. When I came back, my car was ready and waiting. I’ll definitely be returning.

  Drop of my van 1315 today. Low tire pressure and weird noise. Hilda who was great told me couple hrs. She called me to say all was confirmed my truck would be done in a hr or so. Finally went there after not hearing from them and it was 530. Asked about my van and service manager was like umm and I was like found it up on the rack with no one working on it. His workers were out at the table screwing around on there phones. So they went to take it down and no one ever fixed the tire so 20mins later and then they told me they could not adjust the pressure sensors to read to the correct tire said I can do it tomorrow at the dealer. Hilda did what she could to get me out quickly. Definitely won’t be back for these guys to do work.

  I had such a great experience at Tire Kingdom on US Highway 301 S in Tampa. I came in stressed after getting a nail in my tire, and it had honestly ruined my whole day, but Aida completely turned things around. She was incredibly friendly, smiley, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. More importantly, she was super accommodating and got me in right away without any hassle. The repair was handled quickly and smoothly, with zero issues. What could have been a long, frustrating experience ended up being fast and stress-free thanks to her. I really appreciate the excellent customer service, Aida made all the difference!

  I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at Tire Kingdom on US-301. On April 19, 2026, I brought my car in for an inspection and was told I needed an alignment and one tie rod. I agreed to the work, even though the total came out to over $450, which already felt high. The next day, my car was driving noticeably worse than before I brought it in. Concerned, I called the shop and was told that replacing all four tires might help—but that didn’t make sense given the immediate change after the service. I decided to get a second opinion from another mechanic, who told me the alignment was still off, specifically on the right passenger side. I returned to Tire Kingdom on April 22 to address the issue, but instead of treating this like a priority (especially since it involves recent paid work and safety), I was told I had to wait while other customers were being helped. The supervisor, Mark, said he performed the original alignment and believed it was correct, but then suggested the issue could be a “defective tire belt”—something that was never mentioned during my original visit just two days earlier. Overall, I’m frustrated with the quality of work, the high price, and how my concerns were handled. When you pay this much for service, you expect your car to be safer—not worse. I would recommend others get a second opinion before agreeing to major work here.
