  Altho i was first time customer, i was welcomed and provided world class service and tire repair services at a reasonable price. I will go back when i need new tires

  Had a great experience here and they gave me a price that was so much better than Bjs tire center. They also did a great check up on my vehicle and explained everything to me thoroughly.

  Horrible website scheduling service. Chose my appointment time for 1pm-7pm drop off. The website explicitly says this is a drop off WINDOW. When I showed up to the location at 5pm he said he sent his tech home for the day because “why should he sit around for 4 hours when your appointment was for 1pm?” I explained the website scheduling did not align with what he was saying. Disappointed and will no longer be servicing my car here. I did not get the man’s name who lied to me but he was working on June 11th afternoon.

  I will never step foot in that place again. I took my 2015 ML 350 and the next day my C 300 for the day after my 2015 a/c was broken… the next day my C300 a/c also went bad… I went back they told me they have a special for $9.99 for a/c check up. I agreed and they told me it would cost $2300. I’m not going to accuse anyone but I service my cars well and for that to happen to both cars at the same time is VERY SUSPICIOUS. AND I MET SOMEONE WHO WHO HAD THE SAME STORY ABOUT THIS PLACE.

  The reason why I'm rating this EXPERIENCE now is because I didn't want to give ALL of "TIRECHOICE" centers the same critique that I'm giving this particular store. I just found the correct address of the store now so I'm posting my critique only towards this one. Approximately 1 year ago I had taken my car in this establishment to change out 2 old tires. No longer then 3 days later I found myself with a situation in which I had broken down on the side of the highway due to A "LUG BOLT" THAT was incorrectly installed on the new tire 3 days previous to the breakdown. I know this cause when I pulled the car in to the nearest TIRE place close to me they confirmed that my "LUG" bolt was broken and needed to use another tool to work it self off. Suffice too say that the place (Mavis) cost to do this was somewhere in the vicinity of $200.00. Well I had initially called "Tire Choice" when it happened and they weren't willing to send a tow truck to pick up my car but just told me to keep in touch and let them know what happened. Upon the fixing of the problem and letting them know HOW much it cost me they in turn gave me allot of push back. When I say "THEY" I'm talking specifically about the management team that runs that "Tirechoice" office over at 20687 Bruce B Downs in Tampa. And actually "they " would more specifically mean George Samaniego- the so called manager of that store. The so called manager that I had to argue with in regards to getting him to understand that the price and the workmanship are 2 different things. The price that I had to pay was not a price that I put on the job but another company charging me to do that job. Whether or not they ripped me off or not is irrelevant to WHO should be paying for this and WHY it happened and WHO is at fault. This is what I initially had to argue with George about and it took HIM over a month to get everything rectified. Yes I did get compensated back. But the arrogance and ignorance that he displayed goes more to WHY I wouldn't want to deal again with that shop. Albeit as a good person and customer that I am i had dropped over there AFTER the whole incident had taken place to only inquire again about possibly buying 2 more tires again ,(to give that shop another chance) cause I believe in doing good business. And that no one is perfect. My inquiry that day was met with " George does not want to do work on your car anymore"... Work? I said to myself? Its a tire! I was just trying to help in regards to what had taken place as a form of "good" customer relations. But obviously Even GEORGE himself wasn't quite confident in the work of that shop as he turned down this business. My only question to George is, "What did I do wrong or something that you would have done differently if you were me? But better yet, don't answer that cause it is obvious that you really never listened or cared from the beginning cause of you did you would not have acted like you did!
