  Asked if they could do trailer tires… Lady on the phone said yes… MADE AN APPOINTMENT GAVE MY EMAIL, PHONE, ADDRESS, AND THEY ACTUALLY DON’T. I was very upset. I went and called Firestone Auto and they said to come right in, it was no problem… FIRESTONE WAS AMAZING! this place, no bueno, sorry guys, your loss.

  Did not properly attach skip plate after oil change which was destroyed on a drive to Jacksonville the day after. Tried to claim something must have knocked it loose and it was a "coincidence" that it happened the day after. Avoid this place...

  So went to Tire Choice to get a oil change. The reason I went here cause it was very close to my house and I had a coupon for 50% off. So i scheduled the appointment for today. So i arrived and we were the only ones thier. So i showed the manger the coupon on my phone which was directly from thier own website. The manger told me I had to give him a code. I explained to him thier was no code and the information from thier website stated show this coupon at time of service and also to redeem it at the location. So the manger and I went back and forth even though I had the coupon on the phone and showed him, he still wouldn't except it. Then the mechanic comes in and stated one of the lug nuts was damaged and he damaged even more when taking it off. First all the lug nuts were perfectly fine. So what that means the mechanic stripped the lug nut. So we had to wait for them to get another lug nut from another store. Now we go inside to pay since he wouldn't except thier own coupon the bill was $112.00 dollars. So i gave him cash. The manager told me if I could pay with a card so he didn't have to go the bank. Well manger boy that's your problem not mine. Avoid this place it's nothing more then a scam to get you to come in thinking your going to get 50% off even though you have the coupon. I will contact corporate.Avoid this place. On a Friday we were the only customers thier that should have been a big red flag.

  The person who took care of me looked as he had no intention of working he wrote my last name wrong didnt ask if it was correct did not put my vehicle info in the paper work this was on a friday i returned on sunday due to my tire getting low again explaing to the person in charge of whats happening and about the error in the information receipt and he telks me tgat i should not be upset in stead of making things right and saying my apologies or we can make things right he said he would do the tire for free but i have to give a tip to the person taking care of my tire. First of all i will be bothered that my tire was not checked through and that the worker tells me how to act and say i did not go there screaming or disrespecting any one. I feel that this matter should be corrected.
