  I Love The service that Hunter provided for me at 601 N. Morgan St. I gave him a high rating because he really really helped me but it’s not his fault that I cannot get my car fixed at this time

  I had an amazing experience with Hunter and everyone else on the staff this past weekend. they are reliable, honest, and treated my is350 Sport like a Queen that she is LOL. 10/10 recommend. and ill be coming back soon to replace my wipers with them. cant wait to have my next service with you all.   Incredible service everyone was so nice. It was done in less than three hours Very fair price as well. Was very worried about the final price of my tires and I was very pleasantly surprised with the final price Colin Hunter and Vito were so kind and patient.

  I recently bought a new set of tires from tire choice And I got a nail in one of them. I was so happy to find this location. David and Hunter were amazingly helpful And my tire was fixed in no time. This was definitely an ideal experience for being in this predicament.

  I had a very concerning experience at Tire Choice Auto Center (Store #1385 in Tampa). I brought my 2018 Audi A4 in on March 13 for four new tires and a routine oil change. I was told the service would take about four hours and be completed the same day. Instead, it took four days, and I did not get my car back until March 17. During that time, store staff acknowledged they mistakenly drained the transmission fluid instead of the engine oil, which required additional correction and delays. This alone raised serious concerns about the quality of service. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there. Within 24 hours of getting the vehicle back, my daughter was driving on the highway when the splash shield detached and began dragging on the road, creating a dangerous situation. She had to pull over and pay for roadside assistance. The splash shield could not be reinstalled and now requires replacement, costing $910.46, in addition to $100 in roadside assistance. I spoke with store management, who referred me to higher-level management. I then sent a detailed email with documentation and was told the issue would be reviewed. I have received no follow-up or response. I am simply requesting reimbursement for the $1,010.46 in damages that resulted from this service. Between the multi-day delay, admitted fluid error, unsafe condition immediately after service, and lack of accountability, this was an extremely disappointing experience. I would strongly caution others before using this location. Update (30 April 2026): After escalation to corporate, the issue was reviewed and ultimately resolved through their insurance provider. The full amount of damages was reimbursed. While the initial experience was frustrating, I appreciate that the matter was ultimately made right
