  Went in with no appointment. Plugs replaced, coil replaced , valve cover gasket replaced. Complimentary inspection. Was treated very, very well. Am a happy camper!!

  Awful experience. This has always been my go-to tire shop in South Tampa for 10+ years. Not anymore. The current manager is rude, dismissive and has no business being in charge of anything. When I asked the Manager if he could price match tires from major online tire websites he was rude and annoyed. I informed him that the shop had always done that in the past and he just said “we don’t do that here.” My bigger issue is that they added costs into the invoice that are optional (ie road hazard tire insurance) without speaking to me about it or getting my approval. They just charged me. I had my wife’s tire replaced yesterday rather urgently and unfortunately I did not have time to comb thru the invoice (that was only shown to me after my card was charged anyway) in a detailed fashion. I was told the tire was $489 and that the “out the door” cost was $720. That price gap was larger than anticipated. The shop explained that the price difference was due to shop fees, disposal fees, TPMS fees and taxes. When I looked at the invoice after getting home I noticed they added $80 for tire hazard insurance - something that was not discussed with me. I drove back to the shop this morning and the same manager was there. I explained the situation and he said “I didn’t have anything to do with it - the girl handled you yesterday.” Again, rude. I asked “is it your store policy to add in the optional tire hazard insurance without making that optional or known to the client?” He said yes!! It is their policy!! What?!? He said they don’t need my permission to add that optional fee and that he was not able to issue any kind of refund. “Take it up with corporate” he said. He used that tone that screamed “I absolutely do not care about the issue you’re having right now.” Absolutely an awful experience. I will never recommend this place again. That manager is terrible. I submitted a formal complaint with Monro Brand (the Parent company) and they are looking into it.

  Irene was an angel sent from heaven to bless us on our trip. We never would have made it to our destination without her great care. I pray she gets a raise and sees a good sunset! 🌅 Big Skki is master tech and Johnny is fast and efficient. Thank you!

  I had such a great experience here! I was having a hard time finding my tire size because nobody else seemed to have it available, but Allen Hildum, the manager, was incredibly professional and helpful. He went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed and got me back on the road. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and willingness to help. Highly recommend!
