- PJPond Hoppin JunkieAug 1, 20265.0Solid shop as well as employees and hands down a positive experience that made our day, my wife caught a flat tire while 45 minutes away from home today, I was able to go swap to the spare and winged it to the local tire choice nearby, where at first I was told there would be a decent wait before they could tend to me, which I completely understood as a walk in customer, so I asked if they would just toss some air in the spare and I'd be grateful and on my way, I was then told pull to a bay to have it filled it up where a shop tech met me to fill it up, during fill up he asked if I had the flat tire, I said yes and pulled the flat out the trunk, they told me park in the shade and he had it patched and back on the car in about 10 minutes! Extremely grateful I stopped here and even more appreciative that they went above and beyond their duties to serve a walk in customer in need! Will gladly return for service again if the need arises 👍👍
