We sat and waited, mine took 2 hours and his took almost FOUR hours for a simple, scheduled oil change. They didn’t even top off his windshield fluid and, for me, didn’t mention that I needed new windshield wipers, cabin filter, or brake light. Not so sure they even bother with the “21 point inspection”. Absolutely will never go back here, the new management has driven this location into the ground. And the waiting room was filled with bugs and the bathrooms were disgusting.
