  I have been coming to this car wash since it first opened. Jeffery was very helpful and made sure that he sprayed my vehicle and checked to make sure all was well before entering. I haven’t seen this level of service since I first started coming. Please model all employees after Jefferey because his customer service is phenomenal!

  I’ve been coming to this car wash for well over a year now, but something has happened in the last month or two where this place is literally falling apart. They seem to be short staffed amongst other issues like vacuums not working properly, towels smelling like mildew and the windex spray is insanely slippery and burns my eyes, meaning something not right with it. I hope they fix their problems soon, whatever it is bc I don’t see customers coming back with these issues. I believe in options and hope they fix whatever is going on behind the scenes.

  This place started out great! Now the towels are damp and have soap residue. (Had to rewash all my windows). About half the vacuums working. Some working poorly. I'll give it another wash and if no improvement, I'll find a better cars wash.

  Why has it taking 2 weeks to get an entrance sticker since the scanner no longer works. I’ve been a member for several years? Joined online and locally they have no record of me and the company customer desk is waiting to hear from management. Something needs updated.
