So, I was not satisfied with my monthly car wash club membership @ (won't mention the name as I've already given my review on them). I will say that when my vehicle was damaged there, the manager did attempt unsuccessfully to do right by me. I happen to passed by SUDSTOP and I turned around to give them a try. SudStop offered a free wash to try them. "EXCELLENT" FREE: Powerful Vacuum Cleaners Free drying towels Free mat cleaning machine An employee, "Tray" asked if he could help me by wiping down my car and cleaning my mats. I said yes. He refused my tip as the company does not allow it. If that wasn't enough, a manager "Isaac" approached me to offer any assistance that I may be in need of and he cleaned my cargo compartment mats! It's a distance from my house but errr, it's well worth the trip! The 1st month is $9.98 and then $29.98 a month for life. Stop in and tell them my GOOGLE REVIEW sent you! Customer service 110% unlike DOLLAR GENERAL's 50th Street location with a horrible experience with there employee by the name "Dreamer" -Jeffery N.

Fast, efficient, and top-notch quality The drive-thru wash / full-service is quick, but they don't rush the quality. My car is sparkling clean and shiny Will definitely be coming back on a regular basis.

I had a great experience at this car wash, especially because of the excellent customer service from Alejandra . They were friendly, professional, and made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. You can tell they genuinely care about doing a good job and making customers feel welcome. Great service and a great attitude—definitely an employee who deserves recognition! Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
