Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to go above and beyond truly stood out. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about making customers feel welcomed and valued, but Shaniqua did exactly that. Because of her exceptional service, this was one of the best car rental experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend working with her if you get the chance

  I had such a great experience thanks to Erica . She truly made my rental car process smooth from start to finish. What could have been stressful felt completely effortless because of her professionalism and positive attitude. Erica was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I understood everything while helping me get exactly what I needed. She went above and beyond, and it really showed. The whole experience felt seamless, and I genuinely appreciated how easy she made it for me. I would absolutely recommend Erica to anyone . She provided some of the best customer service I’ve had in a long time! I would ALWAYS ask for her when visiting this location. She made me become a long term customer.

  😲 this place is amazing. After my truck broke down I needed to find a rental quick for work. After searching and searching ro.find something that would fit in my budget I found Sixt. Never heard of them but it was in my budget. I reserved my booking online and when I arrived they were quick with checking me in and had my car within less than 20 minutes. The two girls were so very nice. My rental was very clean inside and she had just given it a wash. The girl at counter offered me some hot green tea which was good. Love some green tea. They made my check in process quick and painless. After just getting off work who wants to deal with ignorant or slow check in? Surely not me. And I would recommend this place to everyone who needs a rental quick and a painless check in. Like I said booked it online this morning for 1pm and when I go there it was quick. In and out in less than 20minutes. Wonderful and very friendly staff and very clean office give these guys 100 stars! The car runs great and has great features and very clean inside!
