  Awful company and service - booked a vehicle after travelling from the uk with family. We were lied to and told our vehicle had a nail in the tyre so they were giving us a different vehicle. I explained I didn’t care what vehicle I had as long as it was big enough for the 7 people and luggage. Well it clearly wasn’t big enough and dangerous, we had to split the family and send half via uber. I was then told the car I ordered was in Orlando, I agreed to collect it at my own time however requested to do so the following morning at 7am, but the lovely casandra insisted I went that evening despite it being nearly 11pm, the airport being an hour away and we had been travelling for 18 hours. I begged to be allowed to pick it up at 7am the following morning so we could just get some sleep and be safe to drive but that was refused. It’s ruined our vacation and I would never recommend sixt ever.

  I had a very frustrating experience at the SIXT location at Tampa International Airport after arriving and learning that the luxury vehicle category I reserved was not available. Brandon’s customer service was extremely dismissive and unhelpful, and he made an already stressful situation much worse. Thankfully, Cassandra stepped in and completely changed the experience. She was professional, patient, respectful, and genuinely tried to help find a solution. She listened to my concerns, explained my options clearly, and treated me like a valued customer. Cassandra is the reason this review is not one star. SIXT should recognize her for the way she handled a difficult situation and for providing the level of customer service Brandon should have provided from the beginning.

  This review is for rental agreement #9612438508. The car wasn’t much to write home about (hood seemed to be loose during the drive), but the service and professionalism I received from one of the employees, Anthony, made my SIXT car rental experience great. When I returned the car, I was concerned about being held liable for some damage I didn’t do. When I returned the car, Anthony reassured me that the damages had already been noted. This may not sound like much, but I’ve rented from countless car companies and it’s always the case where an employee assumes I damaged the car. The knowledge and professionalism Anthony demonstrated made me feel very comfortable. To top it all off, he even had a bottle of water and a cart available for me to roll my 3 suitcases into the airport! This 5 star experience has definitely turned me into a customer looking forward to renting with SIXT again. Thank you, Anthony!

  I highly recommend using sixt for your car rental needs, especially if you’re needing it locally to be rented for a length of time. I have used Sixt three times now. Once while my jeep was in the shop being modified for 5 weeks locally; another for more space needed when company came to visit; and this last time was for an extended business trip that I decided would be best to rent a car rather than drive my own. Every experience from checking in to return I am greeted with sincere politeness; friendly hospitality and treated like a respected customer. Truly, their employees are amazing! Well done Sixt!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service from Arius at Sixt Tampa International Airport Our experience with Sixt Car Rental at Tampa International Airport was excellent from start to finish! Arius provided exceptional customer service and made the rental process smooth and stress-free. He was pleasant, professional, patient, and took the time to explain all of Sixt’s rental policies in detail. He carefully walked us through several vehicle options and recommended the gas-efficient Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid van, which turned out to be the perfect choice for our family. One thing we especially appreciated was that Sixt only required a $200 security deposit when using my debit card. Unlike some other rental companies that made us feel discouraged or less valued because we weren’t using a credit card, Arius treated us with kindness, dignity, and respect throughout the entire process. His caring attitude, knowledge, and dedication to providing outstanding customer service truly made a lasting impression. Employees like Arius are a tremendous asset to Sixt. We highly recommend Sixt Car Rental at Tampa International Airport, and we will definitely choose Sixt again for our future travel needs.
