  Unfortunately it was my third time ( Mini Cooper ) but it was also a professional experience. I’ll recommend Safelite forever.

  Just had the windshield replaced on our SUV and was really concerned because this car has a ton of safety tech that used cameras and radar emitted from the top of the windshield. Plus, it also has a heads up display for the driver. Safelite not only replaced the glass, but also performed the calibration of the equipment and provided me with a certificate and everything showing it was done. The new glass looks great despite not being same brand as the factory (that was an option but insurance would have charged way more) and the factory that the calibration tests passed gives me peace of mind that the aftermarket glass is hood too. Anyhow, the process from start to finish with safelite was super smooth. Car was left in exact clean condition I left it (unlike a previous experience I had replacing a windshield and elsewhere that left black glue all over the place). Highly recommend!

  Worst experience ever. They put our lives in danger. Please read until the end. I know is a long review but I feel the responsibility to warn others about this. Back in May We left our BMW X3 at this store at 4:00pm to get the windshield replaced. They called us around 7:00pm to tell us that the windshield they ordered was the wrong one and we need to rescheduled. We were told that they noticed the mistake before removing the original windshield, but that was not true. When my wife went to pick up the car, she noticed that the windshield was destroyed. Clear sign that the windshield was removed and reinstalled. She walked into the store and asked if it was safe to drive the car like that. She was told that it was safe to drive it like that. When she came back home and I saw the windshield I decided to go with a different provider because I can’t trust them anymore. There was no need to lie about something like that. I brought the car to a different provider and they found out that the nuts and caps for the windshield wipers were missing too and they had broken the rain sensor. So, not only they let my wife drive away with a destroyed windshield but also without windshield wipers nuts. Thank god we didn’t get any rain before taking the car to the other provider. They put our lives in danger by letting us drive the car like that. On top of that we are still fighting for a reimbursement for the money spent to replace the damaged rain sensor.
