    The Linebaugh service center is excellent and convenient for windshield repair. I would highly recommend if it's inclement weather and not enough room in your garage for them to work. This is a very satisfactory solution.

    My glass was replaced, but it was a frustrating process. The tech came to my house and replaced the windshield and recalibrated the safety systems. But, none of the safety features worked. The only option for making a warranty claim is to email them and they would call back. I emailed 3 times and still haven't gotten a call back. So I drove across town to their office to make the claim. They agreed there was an issue and made an appointment to fix it. I drove back across town for the repair appointment but again, they couldn't fix it until they "got some parts". So I made a third appointment and a third trip across town to finally get it fixed. I understand that there can be unforseen problems but what was most frustrating was the lack of communication and the impression that I was somehow unconvincing them. The repair seems fine, customer service is lacking.

    During times like this, money is tight, I was able to make arrangements to make payments because i didn’t have the total amount on hand to pay for my windshield. Safelite’s payment program allowed me to set up arrangements for a reasonable payment amount, I will always call them for windshield issues, thanks Safelite
