SAFELITE really sucks !!! You are unprofessional, the customer service and the techs don t give a damn ! Don’t complain when you go bankrupt because it s coming with such a terrible service !!! Cannot wait for AI and robots to take over your job!!!

- TTTlawSep 9, 20261.0I dropped off my Jaguar F Pace to get my windshield replaced and calibrated. When I picked up my car my car battery was low because the technician let the car on. When I started my car it was showing low battery and my car was in good condition before dropping it off. I was able to drive home. In the morning when I tried leaving to work my car wouldn’t start the battery was dead. My husband used cables to start my car it took 10 minutes to start up. However, it’s now show the engine light and I’ve tried connecting with someone in customer service and I’m unable to get through because it’s and automated system that cuts off. All of this because I changed my windshield. I am disappointed and frustrated because my car is practically new and was in good condition before dropping it off.
