  Safelite warranty is meaningless. The day after they installed a $2600 OEM windshield it began cracking from the two bolts they tightened on the camera. There are no indications of a rock hitting the windshield. All 4 fellas came out with the same premeditated script that it’s a rock!! The crack initiated at the exact location of the bolt. If you go here I hope you like liars. Update. These pics are the seal that is also really messed up. They tried to sell my wife a cash windshield price under the table and at the same time already processed a warranty claim internally and closed it out saying the work was performed. This is an awful location with horrible installs and thief’s.

  El trato en Safelite AutoGlass, así como la calidad y rapidez en el servicio fue de 10. Puedo asegurar que nadie me paga ni presionó para dar mi criterio, pero he quedado gratamente impresionado por la rapidez y calidad del equipo que me atendió. Solo puedo dar las gracias por el profesionalismo que detecté en ellos.

  I had a scheduled appointment today. I waited all day which my time is very valuable. For some reason my scheduled appointment was canceled and rescheduled today. My 1st attempt with these jokers didnt work for my classic car I gave them another chance on a easier job and they screwed that up I will never ever call or use them again. Honestly they suck.

  I had my windshield replaced through Insurance. The online process was easy and efficient. They followed up with a phone call to confirm my appointment the vehicle was processed during the allotted time and the glass matches perfectly.

  I brought my car here to get my windshield replaced. They broke the new one trying to get it on. When they called me to explain, I was asking questions and was purposely hung up on. I called corporate and they rescheduled me for the following week. (I was also told that customer care would follow up, no one called). So I wait a week for my next appointment (driving with the cracked windshield they installed), just to arrive and they tell me they changed my appointment to 3 days later without my consent to a day when I’m working. I told them they need to make it work and get it done TODAY! thankfully they squeezed me in (to the appt I already had booked), but it took 6hrs. It’s just unacceptable.
