  I used Safelite years ago to replace my windshield. There was no issue with the windshield but there was an issue with the reinstall of my windshield wipers. Driving down the interstate in a rain storm, an entire arm flew off my car from not being properly installed leaving me without wipers. Fast forward to this week, my husband used Safelite to replace his windshield. Upon driving the vehicle home, I hit rain on the interstate. I went to turn on the wipers only to discover they hadn’t reinstalled them. Luckily, I was able to safely get off the interstate, yet again, and wait for the rain to pass. Im very lucky, for a second time, their mistake didn’t have deadly consequences. My husband spoke with someone who sent an email to their shop for the manager to call us regarding this. We have yet to hear anything after a full 24 hours. DO NOT use Safelite. Their business model is great, but the thoroughness of the work is not.

  Everyone I dealt with was very customer service oriented. Work seems to be very professionally done.

  They promised me a discount if I bought the windshield wipers and got the rainx stuff. They put on the window for free, but they charged me for it and has been trying for a month to get my refund for the rain repellent application. Nobody has done. Anything probably will not use them in the future

  Right place. right time. right person. AJ thank you for going above and beyond when you didn’t even have to help me today. True service. Wasn’t even a windshield problem but no hesitation at all to help solve a problem. More selfless people like you are needed in this space. God bless you always.

  Honestly worst experience so far. I have one day off in my week and plans today at 7. I did not expect this to take the entire day and that was not relayed to me either. The appointment was from 11am-12pm. You guys advertise same day windshield replacement, not ALL day windshield replacement. The customer service sucked when I walked in and then there was ZERO communication regarding how long it would take. No one called me to update me on anything, and when I came in before 5pm in a panic because they close soon, they didn’t have much information for me on a time frame and it’s not like you can call a direct line. Calling the direct line just gets you to an automated message and hangs up. I wish I read the reviews on this place before going, but it was all set up through my insurance. This is soooooo sad. What a waste of my time. Go somewhere else to get your windshield fixed. SMH!!
