  2nd glass from this location.. for some reason rainx treatment/wipers doesn't work on these glasses 1st glass wasnt treatable and had to get it replaced due to it cracking without impact

  Absolutely terrible experience with Safelite. We had to deal with two different vehicle windshield replacements, and the communication was a disaster from start to finish. Nobody informed us about delays, missing parts, or scheduling issues — we constantly had to call ourselves just to get updates. For one vehicle, the glass finally arrived after delays. For the second vehicle, the glass never arrived at all, and then we were told it was damaged/broken. On top of that, a month later they suddenly called regarding ADAS recalibration issues that should have been handled during the original appointment. Very poor customer communication, disorganized scheduling, and an overall stressful experience. Definitely not the level of service you expect when dealing with safety-related repairs on modern vehicles. Would not recommend.

  my very first google review! i always try to give people grace in these situations, but waiting in this lobby for 6 and a half hours for a windshield replacement and recalibration is ridiculous. Employees were nice and i understand this was not THEIR fault. I was told 3 different times by different people "it will be ready shortly" or "just a few more minutes" just for it to be followed by "the car before you is having issues so we need to restart with them before we continue with you" or "we're just getting started on blah blah blah". I was told 2-3 hours TOTAL. it's been 6 and a half. I would have gotten a uber, but being told "it'll be ready soon!" 4 different times made me reconsider. i recommend getting an uber if you live around the area, if you don't live around here, bring a pillow and a blanket. unfortunately for me this is the closest and most inconvenient location.

  Took my car in for a windshield replacement which was turned away at the end of the day. I was told it was because LDW line was cut. I took my car to the dealership and was told the line wasn’t even for the LDW. So, time and money wasted. Then once I actually got the replacement. There was no attempt to actually keep the old materials from the old windshield from getting all over the dash and seats. Just poor work and service all around.

  First appointment the technician brought out a broken windshield, was rescheduled. Second appointment the technician failed to look over his work. He left my windshield wipers inoperable and the plastics to my rear view mirror hanging off. Both appointments were by the same technician. Scheduled a THIRD appointment, this one requiring me to drop off my car. Ill be without wipers for 3 weeks living in florida. What should be convenient has become a real inconvenience. Id give 0 stars if i could.
