  I waited for them all day and the technician did not showed to the scheduled appointment. No one from customer service was able to help

  I never write these, but Chris and his team treated me so well. I had a service done that I had to bring back in for additional servicing, as annoying as it might’ve been to bring the car back, they made sure to take care of all of the issues, including some additional requests I had and handled everything very well. No charge and super friendly staff. Thanks guys!

  Made appointment on Friday June 12 for Saturday June 20. Got numerous confirmation emails, texts, and even a call from the technician at 7:55 a.m. Appointment window was 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. Never heard anything again. Called customer service at 12:45 and 2:30. Was told at 2:30 that tech would call me in 5 to 10 minutes. Never got a call. Contacted Safelite by chat, text, and another customer service call. Armenia service location runs you through a a.i. menu and then hangs up on you. Supervisors at customer service never called me back. it is now 7:00 p.m and no word from Joey the technician. Wasted day, and no compensation. Terrible service. Update: Called customer service on Monday and after they hung up on me, they called back to say that the technician had a family medical emergency. Pretty sad if true, but even more sad since the technician had my number and never called me. Pretty pitiful that he lied about something like this. After making other arrangements, it seems that Safelite had grossly underquoted me for their service since the windshield for my car is not available aftermarket and is only available O.E.M. from the dealer. SAFELITE DOESEN'T STAND BEHIND THEIR QUOTES! They just don't show up and lie about family medical emergencies. So sad.

  Can’t say much right now. Had a 7:30 am to 12:30 pm window. It’s 2:00 and everyone at Safelite has blown me off. No sign or word from technician who called to confirm at 7:55 am. Oh, and I’m tired of being called “boss”. Thanks Safelite for ruining my day off.
