  Hyper professional visit for a windshield replacement for my 24 BMW X5 Allie was great managing the visit and ensuring I was aware of all the processes being done and the lead tech Miguel was awesome in performing the replacement and calibration! Kept up the great work!

  Safelight is full is shit lifetime warranty. My rear view mirror came off the windshield they installed 3x cause they couldn’t get it sealed. They glued it back on 3 months ago it fell off ? The last time I went to get it reglued they were not friendly since I was warranty with a line of paying customers? NEVER RETURN AGAIN

  One of, if not the best, customer experiences I have ever had. Scheduling the appointment was incredibly easy, the quote was much cheaper than other places, and the customer service was phenomenal. Kerri reached out to me, in which I described the vandalism that happened to my car, and she brought it up to her manager in which they gave me a discount without me ever asking! I felt that their team took the time to understand what I was going through at the time and do their part to make the process and financial burden easier for me. The technician was also incredibly prompt, communicative, and quick with the repair. The only issue I have had is that air is coming through underneath the windshield, but I was able to schedule an appointment for the following week using the warranty. I understand that every job cannot be perfect, and every other part of my experience was so fantastic that I am unbothered by this issue as long as it gets fixed with the next appointment. Thank you to Safelite for easing the stress of this situation and being personable and kind to me when I needed it.

  Excellent experience with Safelite from start to finish. Evan was professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job servicing my 2020 Ford Mustang. He communicated clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was completed properly before finishing the job. The entire process was convenient and hassle-free, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. Based on my experience with Evan and Safelite, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing auto glass service. 5 stars.

  Safelite replaced the windshield in my nearly new SUV after a stone-chip crack spread. Afterward, the windshield leaked when the vehicle was parked nose-down, with water coming through the camera housing and dripping onto the dash near the vehicle’s electronics. I explained that the vehicle’s angle was important to reproducing the leak, but I was initially told that their air and water tests were normal and that they could not duplicate the problem. I reproduced it myself the following morning with a garden hose and recorded it on video. There were also promised callbacks and follow-up communications that never happened. The technicians themselves were professional enough, and the leak was eventually repaired. My negative impression is primarily of the front-of-house operation. When I attempted to explain the problem and show a video, the person at the front desk seemed far more concerned about the people waiting behind me than about taking a few minutes to listen and understand why the previous testing had missed the leak. I was made to feel as though explaining a legitimate problem with their installation was holding up the line. I only used Safelite because it was presented as a “preferred” provider by my insurance company. Based on this experience, I would avoid the Linebaugh Avenue location and would be reluctant to use Safelite at all in the future. The repair ultimately appears satisfactory, but the communication, follow-through, and customer handling made an already frustrating situation considerably worse.
