Everything was Great!! Appointment time was ready to get me in to start. Front receotion was excellent!!! Technician was great--gave me an outline of what was going to happen, a timeline for the work, answered all of my questions. I am a repeat customer and plan on going to them if and when the occassion arises.

I had an outstanding experience with Safelite thanks to Bryce S. He arrived perfectly on time, greeted me with kindness, and got straight to work without hesitation. He didn’t need to ask a single question, which really showed his professionalism and skill. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and he finished the job in an impressively quick time. Bryce made me feel completely confident about choosing Safelite for my repair. His work and demeanor reflect so well on the company, and it must be a great feeling for Safelite to have someone like him representing their team. Because of his service, I would gladly return to Safelite in the future and recommend them without hesitation.

From start to finish my experience with Safelite could not have been better. Benjamin, my technician, was incredibly professional and very easy to communicate with.

My experience was awful! 2 no call no shows, and when my technician did eventually come, he seemed unconcerned and unapologetic about this being the third try. Luckily, Jeremy, Rachel, and Joy from the call centers were amazing, especially Joy who personally made sure I was taken care of, were able to help me and were similarly horrified by the treatment. They were also unable to contact the office that was supposed to be sending me technicians, which feels like a big issue. They were eventually able to resolve this and get my windshield replaced, but I doubt I’ll return to safelight. First, I had my Sat appointment 7:30-12:30 range, no call/no show. Texted the useless bot at 1:00 until I got a person, and the support specialist was completely unprofessional, rude, and snarky. They offered no apologies or resolutions, just told me to call a number in all lower case and some abbreviations. The person on the phone was very kind and tried to call the area office and got no response, so sent an email. Rescheduled for Monday. Monday comes, at 10 pm I figure they aren’t coming because I haven’t been contacted, so I call. Jeremy tried calling again and got no response, and then said he’d send another email and attach her boss to it. Also got the email for customer service to file a complaint about the support specialist with screenshots. At 3, I realized this wasn’t being resolved, so I called again and asked to speak to a supervisor because I didn’t want another call/email combo. Rachel tried calling again and got no response, and said she would send an email to them and then include a district manager on the email, and also reached out to him personally and said he would call within 48 hours, and we rescheduled to Thursday. District manager never called. Thursday comes, by 10 am I didn’t hear anything and assumed this would be my third no call/no show. Called again, got transferred to customer service, and had Joy speaking to me. Joy was, well, a joy! She was very kind and very apologetic about the situation, tried calling the office (no response), as going to send another email but I told her they wouldn’t respond. She escalated it to her supervisor and higher ups to make sure this was noted and investigated. She said she would call back in two hours to see if I heard anything, and while on the call with her, my technician finally called and said he was on his way. I told him I was glad he was finally coming, because he was supposed to have come on Saturday (you get an email the morning of your appointment saying who your technician is), he was unconcerned and said it didn’t come up in his system. Overall, he did the job and was neutral with me, I don’t have any major complaints about him which is why I’m not mentioning his name, just working his job. Joy did call back, she had looked at my email to customer service and said that a case had been started but she read the screenshots and was appalled, and said she was going to bring it to a supervisor’s attention. She also let me know my case was being escalated, and that I should be getting a call after 48 hours from Thursday, but I’m not holding out hope, even accounting for the weekend. TLDR: I’ve had good service with Safelite before, but I probably won’t be returning after this mess.
