  Excellent service. Worked with Saged and he is an excellent employee and Service Rep. he went out his way to have my car serviced during a holiday weekend. He kept me informed throughout my service. I will be going back to them for all future appointments and services.

  Had a great experience with Porsche Tampa service before with quick, correct repairs and a hassle-free loaner vehicle. This last visit, not so much. My service advisor, Gil, was extremely pushy, impatient and honestly just driving us nuts. He explained that we needed a battery, to the toll of $1500, and over the course of about 3 hours, he was consistently calling, texting when I was slammed busy. I answered the phone at around 10am and he said "I need an answer within an hour." I was driving a cargo van with no AC, and have been extremely busy and haven't had a time to review the quote and diagnostics. I explained that to him, and no care. He then texts me, and texts me saying its taking too long for me to respond and said that if I don't get their battery, I will have continual issues with the car. I told him no to the battery since I do not like being pushed so much (mind you this is all within a couple of hours). He then said he wanted to do 2 hours of diagnostic for my taillight issue and to respond to his text "proceed" to get going. I never did that then when come time to ask for a breakdown of charges, he responds "its just the 2 hours of diag for the taillights" which I did not give approval on. Never in my life have I had a service advisor be so pushy and condescending towards me, give people a couple hours to respond to you if they are knee deep in meetings and driving vans with no AC.

  I really have to thank Porsche of Tampa for being the best dealership I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. First of all they got me an allocation for a brand new 911. Everything takes time but I was able with Porsche of Tampas help to build my very own 911. I was able to spec the car as I wanted. What a wonderful experience. I went to three different Porsche dealerships. Tampa got me everything I asked for. There were a few options unavailable through Porsche but in the end they came through. Easy process from the start. Fun. Comfortable. The dealership is awesome with lots of lounges. The car took awhile from start to finish I’d say about 2 years to from deposit to allocation to build. When it finally arrived we set a date to receive delivery. They set me up with my very own private garage. I invited some friends and family. We made an event out of it. The dealership was very accommodating. Very inviting. Wonderful people. I would absolutely highly recommend buying a car through Porsche of Tampa.

  I had a fantastic experience buying from Porsche Tampa, even living 300 miles away. After a car I initially wanted sold quickly, Robert stayed on the look-out and proactively sent me fresh trade-ins. The second link he sent was the perfect spec—priced at a true fair-market "great deal" which I verified through market analytics. Robert and his manager met me in the middle on knocking off a little extra in consideration I’d be doing 600 miles round trip and spending a night in Tampa. It was already great deal so I appreciated the gesture. We valued my trade through photos and vin and they gave me a fair offer which I accepted. We secured the vehicle through a deposit. When I arrived for my early morning appointment the next morning the car was pristine, washed, and fully fueled, 23gal of 93 octane. Robert and the sales manager greeted me warmly, and the entire paperwork and trade-in process took less than an hour. The entire team had an amazing attitude, was genuinely happy to help (plus, they had Dr Pepper!). I’ve already recommended them to friends and would absolutely buy from Robert and the Porsche Tampa team again. Highly recommended!
