  Great guys, very helpful. Easy in and out. I have trouble with new phone apps. He was calming helping me and together we got it rented and return. We'll us Penske again

  Lo, I arrived at the noble house of Penske Truck Leasing in Tampa with weary hands and a travel worn spirit, prepared only to return mine mighty chariot and carriage of steel. Yet there stood Don, a gentleman of uncommon patience and good humor, who aided me in removing my carriage bound steed as though he had performed such deeds for kings and conquerors alike. Not only did he make the process smooth as fresh butter upon warm bread, but when I returned hours later with the larger beast itself, the man’s hospitality had not faded one bit. Though mine journey upon the road had suffered a brief rebellion from the starter of the mighty machine, Don handled the matter with grace, fairness, and the kind of professionalism that makes one almost forget the inconvenience entirely. In an age where customer service oft resembles a duel to the death, Don instead chose kindness, competence, and good cheer. A true steward of the Penske realm. Five stars, and may his coffee forever be warm. 🪶

  Anthony was so knowledgeable and helpful. Renting can be hard and complicated, Anthony made our experience very simple. This location is where you want to go if you're renting Penske in Tampa.

  It was a very good experience in the store got a 16ft rental on very short notice that came with a100 mile range and I only needed 65 of it but it's a nice cushion if ya need to make an unexpected stop. I did have a lil issue with how the truck was driving the steering was very shaky probably from unbalanced tire's but when I brought it up to the staff at Penske they gave me a lil refund back from my bill. So all in all it was a great experience and I payed a lot less than I would have going anywhere else so good job to all the hard workers at Penske truck rentals on Anderson in Tampa I'll definitely be back when I need another truck.
