Made an appointment to leave my hummer EV for an on star issue and recall. Dropped vehicle off at 8am for service. Got no call text or video of what was going on so I called Warren the service advisor and was told he would find out and call me back. Waited an hour and no call back so I text him with no response. At 2:30 I drove to the shop to see what was going on was told techs were looking at it and were on the phone with tech service and they would have an answer by 4. Went back at 4 still no answer so I told them just give me my car I will take it somewhere else. when I asked if they did the recall I was told I think so but not sure by Warren which was clueless as a service advisor! My opinion is they drove my car around but never actually looked at it because I dropped it off at another Chevy dealer this morning at 7am and it was diagnosed and repairs began by 9am. Either they were lying at Morgan Chevy or their techs are incompetent. Either way avoid this place!

I purchased a vehicle from this dealership, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The salesperson, Benjamin Kahrimanovic and the finance director, made the entire process feel chaotic and unprofessional. When the vehicle arrived, it was filthy inside. I intended to use TRUIST BANK for my financing, but the dealership refused to accept outside financing, which is an FTC violation. Additionally, the sales manager, Jose, treated me aggressively throughout the process almost like a bulldog constantly pressuring me. I even had to repeatedly ask just to receive the keys and the headphones that were supposed to come with the vehicle.

Maria Elliott delivered truly outstanding service from start to finish. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine enthusiasm made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. I came in feeling unsure and second-guessing my decision, but Maria took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me with confidence and care. Her positive energy, warm personality, and attention to detail made a lasting impression. Thanks to her, I felt completely comfortable moving forward with a car I’ve always wanted. She is a true asset to the dealership, and I highly recommend working with her.

I originally had an appointment with Jeshua Casanova a few weeks ago to come in and take a look at a 2020 RAM 1500 Limited but I had to cancel it. Fast forward to 4/28/26 and I had a little time on my hands and I was in the area, so I decided to come in and see if Jeshua was available and to look at the truck. When I arrive I was informed at the front desk that he no longer works there but they could get someone else to show me the truck. I was like ok that is fine, so I get another sales rep and I believe his name was Harry. So when I meet him he tells me to take a seat and starts to ask me questions and I immediately tell him that I just want to look at the truck before getting into all of that. He informs me to relax and that it just a process and that he just wanted to get my # to see my profile or something like that. I provide it to him and we start to go outside to the truck, now mind you the entire time we are walking, he is texting on his phone, has not said a word. We get to the truck and he opens the truck and still is on the phone texting with his back towards me while I am inside the truck. Now any car sales rep that I have dealt with at any car sales lot will pretty much provide you with their undivided attention. With this guy (not so much at all), so I am inside the truck and still not paying me any mind and just texting away on his phone with his back at me. I get out the truck to walk around and I would have thought that he would have stopped what he was doing and checked to see if I had any questions (which I did) but he did not. By that time I was already ticked off and frustrated with his lack of customer service for an interested customer. So I said enough and I start walking back to the front door and I am looking at him in the mirror as I walk back and he is still on his phone with his back still turned and does not even notice that I have left. I go inside and inform them of what happened and that I did not care for it and that I did not like what had happened. The mgr at the desk said that he could get me someone else but I was like no I am good because the damage had already been done. I hand him the key and walk out and then drive away. As have left and get onto the road, I receive a call from the mgr informing me that the sales rep had some personal issues that he was taking care of and that he apologized, and once again said that he could get someone else for me. I once again inform him that I was good and that the damage was done. I give them credit in trying to at least get someone else but I just did not appreciate the way I was initially interacted it.

I had one of the worst car-buying experiences at Morgan Chevrolet and feel obligated to warn others. From the beginning, we were not dealt with honestly. We were pre-approved through our credit union at 5.25% with an 830 credit score. The dealership encouraged us to finance through them, assuring us they work with our credit union and it would not be an issue. We agreed—with the clear condition that our rate would be 5.5% or lower. When signing paperwork, we explicitly declined Platinum coverage and GAP insurance. We were then told, “I get to give away a few free GAP coverages a month—you’re lucky, I’ll put my code in and it’s free.” Based on that, we believed everything was handled correctly. The very next day, the check engine light came on and we had to return the vehicle. While there, they completed a “We Owe You” item (fuel filter), but we never received the cargo mat that was also included—and were told the “We Owe You” was only valid for 30 days. After multiple calls, visits, and being given the runaround, we finally requested all of our paperwork. That’s when we discovered we had been charged for BOTH the Platinum coverage and GAP insurance we declined, and the financing terms were not what we were told. When we tried to resolve it: • The finance representative stopped responding—and we later found out he no longer works there • The finance manager has been consistently unavailable (including being “on a cruise”) • Multiple calls and messages have gone unanswered We are still trying to resolve incorrect charges and have yet to receive the cargo mat owed to us. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. Between the lack of transparency, added charges, and complete lack of follow-up, I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business here.
