In particular, I want to commend Freddy Mendez for his exceptional customer service. Freddy kept us updated throughout the entire process, calling us when the vehicle arrived and providing regular progress reports. He treated us like valued customers and even arranged a rideshare to bring us to the shop once the repairs were complete.   5-Star Google Review: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Last Thursday my husband found a 2025 Ford Expedition on Morgan Chevrolet’s website and asked about it. Jordan, the Internet Sales Manager, got right back to him super fast. Since I was going to be the main driver, I went up to the dealership to check it out and take it for a test drive. OMG, I fell in love with it immediately! I called my husband and told him I was really interested, and he worked it out with Jordan right then and there. My husband came up that evening to finalize everything, and the whole process was so quick and easy — no stress at all. They also gave us a really great value on our trade-in, which made it even better. Jordan and the team at Morgan Chevrolet were awesome and made the whole experience feel fantastic. If we ever need another vehicle, I’ll be reaching out to Jordan first! Highly recommend this place in Tampa! 🚙 Thanks Jordan! ❤️

  I had an exceptional experience at Morgan Chevrolet thanks to Garrett and Josh. From the moment I walked in, they treated me with respect and truly listened to what I wanted. I honestly didn’t think I was going to get approved, but Garrett and Josh went above and beyond to make it happen. They worked hard to find the right financing and got me into a Tahoe that was exactly what I wanted. Garrett was knowledgeable, professional, and never made me feel pressured throughout the process. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. If you’re looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend asking for Garrett. He genuinely cares about his customers and works hard to make sure they leave happy.
