They keep you updated on what is going on with your vehicle at all times. And the recommendation and suggestions are always spot on. As a female bringing my car to a mechanic, I am always filled with the doubt that I am being treated fairly, but at Mavis; I now I am treated with respect and fairly. I am pretty sure all Mavis are like this, I will highly recommend the Waters and Benjamin location, the staff goes out their way to make sure that the service they provide you with is satisfactory.

I called my regular shop and they quoted me a higher price than I expected plus they needed a full day to get them in before they could schedule me. I checked a few other places and got similar prices and delays. Then I went online with Mavis and found the tires for $300 less and they could get them that day and give me a 6:00pm appointment to install them....so I skeptically reserved my tires and appointment with a $25 deposit. At 4:30 I got a call saying the tires were at the shop and ready for my 6:00 appointment. When I arrived I got a friendly greeting and a quick confirmation of all the details and they took my SUV straight back to a bay where two technicians began mounting and balancing my new tires. In about 25 minutes my tires were installed and I was paying my bill which was precisely what they said it would be online. I was so impressed by the friendly and efficient service I will be back and recommend them to everyone I know.
