Came in for a very unplanned giant screw in my tire requiring a professional patch. Even though the Shop was busy and lively; Keith, and Dontae managed to get my car in, and with the help of their very competent, professional, and diligent Technician Ethan I was able to back on the road safely in a timely fashion. Great respectful, and professional management. Clean Shop, honest prices. Highly recommend to anyone.

I cannot say how appreciative I am to Stephen and the entire Mavis team for their exceptional and speedy service.
I drove from MI to FL with my 100# Golden. I ran over a nail and got a flat tire about midnight in an unknown town to me. Luckily, I found a hotel that accepted my dog and in the morning when I looked out the window, I saw Mavis Tire right out my window. I only had an hour and a half left to get to my destination where my dog’s medication was already sent and was now a day behind of taking it.
I walked over to Mavis and they assured me that my spare tire, which was put on my car by a cop the night before was OK to drive to the shop. Yet, my car showed it had zero psi, but it was explained to me that’s picking up the flat tire that’s in my trunk.
They told me it would take a while and Stephen informed me there was a dog park a mile down the road while I waited for them to plug my tire. Knowing how busy the center was, I figured it was going to take a half a day. I was back on the road in an hour! Thank you all so much, especially Stephen!
