I came in for brakes and an oil change, and everything was completed in a timely manner exactly as promised. They kept me updated during the appointment, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s hard to find honest and reliable service these days, but this team definitely delivered. Highly recommend!

- MMMMay 12, 20265.0This shop saved my bacon. I drive daily from Lakewood Ranch to around Tampa. After realizing I had a flat tire at around 6:30 in the morning I pulled into their shop and inquired whether they could help repair or replace my tire on such short notice. The only person there was one guy getting the car bay area ready. He was super nice and agreed to take a look and see what they could do. I quickly learned that they would be able to do the patch and get me out in about an hour despite having other appointments. They got me patched up and on my way and I was able to head to work roughly an hour or so later. Thank you so much for helping me when I needed it! I really appreciate it! Great service.

Today I spoke with Stephen Regarding one of my Valve stem that was leaking air because of a crack and he said just bring it right over and we’ll take care of it with no charge. Excellent service as usual I’ve known Rob for over 15 years and I’ve been going here since it was Kaufman Tires. They got me in and out Within 30 minutes and didn’t charge me anything. I Absolutely recommend MAVIS TIRES in new Tampa. Thank you, Stephen For helping me out today. Much obliged.
