  Bradley and the other staff were a huge help and very knowledgeable ! Very informative on what my car needed and up front with repair costs. They went above & beyond to help me. Even installed the windshield wipers i purchased. Highly recommend them ! Honest & reliable shop in the Tampa Bay area.

  This shop is extremely efficient and has the best mechanics. They listen to your concerns and fully address them and are transparent with what is needed to complete the repair. They don’t skimp on customer service especially for how busy they are!

  Very honest people. I went in to get my tire replaced because I was told at a different Mavis (land o lakes Mavis) that I had done something to my tire and it was not fixable yet at the moment I didn’t have the money for a whole new tire n was just expecting a patch, so I left with my flat. I took it to this Mavis and they told me that my tire was perfectly fine I just had some nails in it that needed a patch (like I expected). I’m very grateful for the honesty and saved me lots of money. Also Josh is the person who helped me thank you 🙏🏼.

  The team here is excellent! I mainly worked with Bradley today, and he was incredibly knowledgeable, accommodating, and genuinely made the whole experience great. This was by far my best experience at an auto shop and their pricing was also very reasonable compared to what I’ve experienced at dealerships. During the inspection, they actually took me out to my car, showed me what needed attention, and explained why. I never felt pressured or like they were trying to sell me on unnecessary repairs. Instead, they gave me the information and time I needed to make an informed decision and made it clear that the priority was keeping my car running safely and reliably. Seriously cannot recommend this Mavis location enough. Thanks again to Bradley and the whole team for taking such great care of me today!

  I had such a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes, and I especially want to recognize Bradley for his amazing customer service! From the moment I arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely helpful. As a woman, I really appreciate when a mechanic takes the time to explain what my car actually needs without trying to take advantage of me or pressure me into unnecessary repairs. Bradley was honest, straightforward, and made me feel completely comfortable and confident in the service I was receiving. Being new to the area, I’m especially thankful to have found a shop I can trust. I was able to get my tire repaired first thing in the morning and still make it to work on time, which was such a huge help! I will definitely be returning to Mavis for my future car needs.
