RUN RUN DO NOT USED THEM
the service was terrible. Even if you see them replying to reviews acting like they care, don’t believe it . they will not help you at all. These people do not care about their customers. They are putting the MASERATI BRAND to shame with the way they treat people. I would not recommend using this dealership for service or for buying a car. Very disappointing experience.

I recently purchased my vehicle from Maserati Tampa, and I wanted to express how impressed I was with the exceptional service and professionalism I received throughout the entire process.
From the very first interaction with the sales consultant, I felt welcomed, respected, and genuinely valued as a customer. They were knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to every detail, making sure all my questions were answered and that I felt confident in my decision. There was never any pressure—only honesty, transparency, and a true commitment to helping me find the right vehicle.
The GSM was equally outstanding, ensuring that everything moved smoothly and efficiently. Their professionalism, leadership, and dedication to customer satisfaction were evident at every step. They took the time to personally make sure my experience was seamless and enjoyable.
I would also like to recognize the General Manager for maintaining such a high standard of excellence. It is clear that strong leadership creates a culture of integrity, luxury, and first-class customer care. The entire team reflected that standard, and it made my car-buying experience truly memorable.
Purchasing a luxury vehicle should feel special, and thanks to the team at Maserati Tampa, it absolutely did. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for professionalism, trust, and outstanding customer service.

DO NOT DO NOT
The service department at this Maserati dealership is terrible and is honestly putting the brand’s name down. A luxury brand should come with professionalism, accountability, and quality service, but that’s not what customers are getting here. The biggest issue is that management does not seem to care or want to improve anything. Very disappointing experience and not the level of service people expect from Maserati.

I had a very disappointing experience at the Maserati dealership. The customer service was unprofessional, communication was poor, and I felt completely ignored once they realized I had concerns about my vehicle. I was promised updates and callbacks that never happened, and the staff seemed more interested in making a sale than actually helping customers.
The service department took much longer than expected, and when I finally got my car back, the issue still wasn’t resolved. For a luxury dealership, I expected honesty, professionalism, and quality service & unfortunately, I experienced the complete opposite. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a stress-free car buying or service experience.

I normally do not leave reviews, but I feel like people should know about my experience. Since moving to Tampa, I brought my Maserati to this dealership for a full service. Before leaving, I specifically asked if there was anything else my car needed, and I was told everything was fine.
One week later, my engine light came on. I brought the car back on Monday, and they admitted they forgot to do something. They “fixed” it, but the very next weekend, the engine light came on again. That was the second time.
I brought it back a third time, and again they told me something else underneath the car needed to be repaired. After leaving my car with them and picking it up the following week, the engine light came back on AGAIN for the third time.
At that point, it stopped being funny or acceptable. I am a single mom, and I depend on my vehicle every day. I paid cash every single time without arguing about the cost because I trusted them to properly diagnose and repair my car.
What upset me the most was when I spoke with the manager. He tried to tell me that plugging a computer into the car does not really tell you what is wrong with it. I may be a woman, but I understand enough about cars to know diagnostics exist for a reason. If a problem keeps happening repeatedly, you do a deeper inspection until you find the real issue.
Funny enough, after I finally got upset and demanded they stop playing with my time and money and actually fix the problem correctly, my engine light never came back on. That says a lot to me.
Then months later, when I needed a simple oil change, they gave me the runaround again. Nobody would schedule my appointment. They kept saying only one specific person handled my car and that person never called me back, even after multiple calls.
I feel like this dealership is damaging the Maserati brand with the way they treat customers. Customer service should come first, especially when customers are trusting you with luxury vehicles and paying premium prices.
As a single mother living in Tampa by myself, all I wanted was for my car to be reliable and properly serviced. I should not have had to fight this hard just to receive honest and professional service.
