I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience so others can make an informed decision.
I dropped my vehicle off for a diagnostic and was never informed of any diagnostic fee or hourly rate before the work was performed. Had I been told the diagnostic would cost $188, I would not have authorized the service because I simply could not afford it.
When I called for an update, I was informed that I owed $188 for the diagnosis, despite no repairs being completed. I asked how much an oil change would be and was informed $272, I told them no thank you and decided to just get my car back. The information provided during the diagnosis was limited to issues I was already aware of, and no meaningful repair work was performed. I was told there were no major issues but on my way home the motor appeared to shut down and wouldn’t allow me to crank it back up so it turns out there was something major wrong with the car.
What was most frustrating was not the fee itself, but the lack of upfront communication. I believe customers should be informed of diagnostic charges and pricing before work begins so they can make an informed decision.
I also attempted to discuss the matter and reach a compromise, but there was no willingness to negotiate despite my concerns about not being informed of the cost beforehand.
I noticed another review describing concerns about pricing and communication beforehand and just thought it was a one off experience but I was only able to see the positive reviews from years ago but afterwards I finally saw the negative reviews they were all recent and pretty much stating the same experience I had. I encourage anyone considering this shop to ask for all fees, rates, and charges in writing before authorizing any work. I am considering reporting them to the BBB.

First of all I have a 17 year old Mercedes, I am happy that I found someone who would be honest about what it needed and help me find the parts. It took a long time to fix but not because of the business just getting parts for a 17 year old car takes time.... understand that when you have an old highline car, its not cheap or fast to fix... I feel I got a fair price for what had to be done. They were nice to me and did not treat me like a stupid woman.... I would recommend them to anyone...
