  Felicia was extremely knowledgeable about our new Range Rover Sport and made the entire buying experience enjoyable from start to finish. She was professional, responsive, and never once came across as pushy, which we really appreciated. She understood that my time was valuable and worked with me throughout the process by phone and text to make everything as convenient and efficient as possible. She answered all of our questions quickly, kept us updated every step of the way, and made the deal feel straightforward and stress-free. The level of customer service and communication she provided was top-notch.   Zach in service was awesome. Down to earth, extremely professional and on point. Communicated with me the entire time and hooked me up with a rental while I waited for the work to be done. Go see Zach in service, his service and attitude alone will make it worth it.

  Not satisfied with overall service. My car was kept entirely too long for a simple maintenance. When it was returned there was a chip on my hood, dried glue left on the headlight and side panel between windshield and door, roof headliner was dusty and dirty looks as if my headliner was removed and put back. Overall, the onlu pleasant part was the advisor's friendliness.

  Dealer changed oil on my range rover but did not put the filter back on all the way so most of the oil leaked out on my way home and the rest leaked out on my garage floor. They also did not reattach the engine cover and left a couple of random pieces under the hood. After I realized what happened I looked under the hood and noticed that oil was sprayed all over the engine compartment, soaking every surface as well as the belts and saturating the heat shields under the engine cover and hood. They did send someone to clean my floor and tow the car back to fix their sabotage but they did not clean the engine, heat shields or the undercarriage. After 5 days there is still oil dripping on my garage floor.
