5-Star Service: Land Rover Tampa Nailed It!
I cannot say enough good things about the team at Land Rover Tampa. While my journey with them may have started off on a bit of a rocky note with my car purchase, Idaliz took the time to look into what I was explaining and provided clear concise information and superior resolution options! Very much appreciated her openness & taking the time with concerns after my car purchase and warranty coverage.
They truly understand the value of exceptional customer service and what it means to actually listen to a client.
When you buy a luxury vehicle, you expect top-tier service, but this team goes above and beyond to ensure things are done right.
Just took my car in for schedule A service and I had a specific concern about my vehicle, and instead of just brushing it off, they took it seriously, investigated it thoroughly with a thermal camera, and gave me a clear, logical explanation. That level of transparency and dedication to getting it right is rare.
A massive shout-out to Idaliz, Jason, and Rory. They are the definition of service-oriented professionals. Their communication, follow-through, and genuine effort to connect and ensure I was completely taken care of completely turned my experience around. They didn't just fix a situation; they built trust.
Because of the way they treat people, I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else for my vehicle needs. Highly, highly recommend!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Land Rover Tampa. They damaged my vehicle and took absolutely no accountability.
When I picked up my vehicle, it had a dent that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to blame me. Their own camera footage showed the vehicle did not have the dent when they received it, yet they still refused to make it right.
To make matters worse, they cracked my windshield while test driving my vehicle during an alignment repair. Rather than owning the mistake, I was met with excuses and resistance.
The most concerning part was being told that if I hadn’t signed the repair order (RO), they wouldn’t have fixed the windshield at all. That left me feeling like they were trying to protect themselves instead of standing behind their work.
A luxury dealership should be transparent, honest, and willing to correct its mistakes. Instead, I experienced finger-pointing, a lack of accountability, and what felt like very shady business practices. I would strongly recommend documenting your vehicle thoroughly before leaving it with this dealership and thinking twice before trusting them with your car.
I was completely scammed into buying a crashed car, I asked the salesperson for the carfax a multiple of times and was redirected and distracted every time, I never expected a dealership to sell a 100k certified used range rover that was crashed and not to be up front with it, then they had my wife sign the carfax without me knowing or disclosing to her that was what she was signing and now I’m stuck with a crashed damaged car. Be careful at this dealership

We had an unbelievable experience with this service department.
Khristina Fortunato went above and beyond to cater to us with our recent service. She is definitely the most courteous and pleasant customer service representative that we have ever dealt with. The pick up and delivery set up was quick, easy and very convenient. Our aftermarket warranty was giving us a hard time with the labor costs, parts prices and coverage so Khristina turned it over to the service manager, Jason Hunziker, who stepped in and swiftly got it all completely handled. We are extremely grateful, impressed and satisfied with how well we were treated at this dealership. Other dealer service departments should take lessons from this one.
We are 6 time Land Rover owners, and now there will be a 7th when the time comes. (Lol, as long as those 2 are still there)

I had been shopping around for a specific BMW x3 in South Florida and had a terrible experience at BMW Fort Lauderdale which made me very apprehensive with dealerships. I found what I wanted as a used car sitting at LR Tampa (4 hours away from me). The deal was negotiated effortlessly and honestly with Sarah, a dramatic difference compared to my prior experience in Fort Lauderdale, all through text message. I can’t express my gratitude for the customer service I received from her and the man in finance enough. They were patient, the man in finance (I’m sorry I forgot his name) explained everything to me (this is only my second time buying a car from a dealership) and I was a little confused by some things but he took his time to explain things to me even when sometimes it wasn’t making sense to me. It’s not easy to buy a car from a dealership alone as a woman but I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to take advantage of me or swindle me in any way.
My only reason for giving four stars is I received the car with only one key fob (normal for new BMW’s) but without the white set up card, which means I could not set up or access the digital key I was given. I had to purchase a brand new set up card for over $300 from BMW so I could access the digital key and have a second key and that was another bad experience from BMW FTL. Hopefully if LR Tampa gets another BMW traded in, they now realize this is something that must also be turned in or need to charge the original owner for, as I know BMW does.
