- JHJarita HolmanMay 16, 20261.0The Jiffy Lube on Gandy use to be one of the best in the area until all the veteran employees left. I've had my cars serviced at this location for over 8yrs. Recently took it in for an oil change and they tried to hustle my son from the beginning stating that whoever serviced my car last left a part off. Once they realized it was their shop that serviced it, they changed the storyline. Needless to say, they cracked my oil cap (tried to replace without telling me) and now I have a coolant leak that's going to cost me greatly. Offered me a discount to fix what was not broken when I brought it in. Stay clear of this location as the workers are inexperienced and referred to parts as "the thingy."
