Matt Findley is the man. My grandson brought his car in for several services, and usually I have to go with him to make sure he doesn’t get taken advantage of. This time, he worked with Matt and had a great experience. Everything Matt recommended made sense and was completely legitimate. He never tried to upsell or pressure him into unnecessary work. He did recommend a few additional services, but he took the time to explain to my grandson why they were necessary and important. That kind of honesty and professionalism is hard to find these days. Because of the way Matt treated him, I’ll be bringing my own car here from now on and trusting Matt to handle everything

I had such an amazing experience working with Elias Espinosa at Jerry Ulm Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram that I felt he absolutely deserved a review. From the moment I arrived, Elias was professional, welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind. It’s rare to come across someone in a service department who makes you feel completely taken care of, but he did exactly that.
What impressed me most was how knowledgeable he was. Even though he’s young, he clearly knows his stuff and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand without ever making me feel rushed or talked down to. He kept me updated throughout the process, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish.
Customer service like this is hard to find nowadays. Elias went above and beyond to make the experience stress-free, and you can tell he truly cares about the customers he helps. His positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail made a huge difference.
If you’re bringing your vehicle to Jerry Ulm, I highly recommend asking for Elias. He’s a huge asset to the service department and definitely someone who deserves recognition for the incredible job he does. Thank you again for such a great experience!

I have to say, this was by far one of the best dealerships I’ve been to when purchasing a used vehicle. Jordan was exceptional — he really was. I was a little unsure in the beginning, but he gave me the confidence and reassurance I needed even before walking into the dealership.
Walking in at 5 PM on a Saturday evening and being out before 8:30 PM with approval and keys in hand was nothing short of amazing. The finance team was also really good. Despite some of the bad reviews I had seen beforehand, my personal experience was completely different and honestly exceeded my expectations.
The only thing I was a little disappointed about was being told the vehicle would be fully detailed and cleaned before pickup. Unfortunately, it wasn’t cleaned to my liking. There were still fingerprints on some of the back seats, and it seemed like only the exterior was touched up to make it look good while the inside was overlooked. But it’s okay — I’ll just take it to get professionally detailed and waxed myself.
That being said, Jordan absolutely kept his word. Full tank of gas, everything he promised, he delivered on. I truly appreciate him and his professionalism. If you’re looking for a new or used vehicle and you’re going to Jeff M, I definitely recommend asking for Jordan!

Very disappointing experience overall. I spent two days communicating with a salesperson regarding a trade-in deal for a 2021 Ram 1500 and was repeatedly told over the phone that I was “approved” and everything looked good. After running my credit online, I was even incorrectly told that I had a repossession on my credit history, which is completely false.
When I finally visited the dealership in person, the salesperson who helped me was respectful and professional, but the finance department and sales management were extremely disappointing.
The dealership’s own website estimated my 2011 Ford F-150 XLT trade-in value between $7,200 and $9,000, yet in person they only offered me $4,000. On top of that, the sales manager discussed payments without ever showing a clear breakdown of numbers on paper, which made the entire process feel unclear and unprofessional.
I was told they could not finance the Ram 1500 I originally wanted because of the mileage, yet they immediately tried pushing me toward a much more expensive truck with 84,000 miles at around $850/month and 18% interest. Over time, that truck would have cost well over $50,000.
What confused me the most was the huge difference between the online estimates and what I was told in person. Online estimates suggested payments around $280-$300/month, but at the dealership they immediately said that was “impossible.”
My credit score is around 642, which is not perfect, but also not terrible. I truly believe there was very little effort from finance and management to structure a fair deal.
My advice: ask for all numbers upfront before spending hours waiting and test-driving vehicles. Transparency matters.
I’m confident that if the numbers had been handled better or if they had wanted to help, I would have driven off in a Ram 1500.
