My man Jordan did it again, thats car number 4 that we just got from Jerry Ulm CDJR - our family are customers for life. these guys are no BS straight shooters, nothing hidden and no pressure, if they can't get it done then probably nobody can but they'll still tell you what you need to do to get it done and then will follow up with you. theres more of a feeling that you're buying a car from a family member or best friend unlike any other dealership i've dealt with in my life. go team Jerry Ulm

    I was traveling with my family from Pittsburgh to Clearwater when my truck unexpectedly had an issue. Not know where to take my truck, just by luck this dealership was the closest. I dropped my truck off on July 4th and had nothing but the best experience. Starting with Jacob, helped us out in our time of need and the endless contact along the way to make sure we were taken care of. He never stopped trying to help us out. Service advisor Ali, has also been great with the constant contact and updates even when the dealership was closed for the day. I can’t say enough about this dealership and the endless help they provided my self and my family.

    I had an amazing experience working with Debi as my service advisor. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a smile and made me feel like part of the family. Throughout the entire process, she kept me updated and never left me wondering what was going on with my vehicle. She explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with every recommendation before any work was done. Customer service like this is hard to find. Debi is knowledgeable, professional, honest, and truly cares about her customers. She made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. You can tell she genuinely takes pride in what she does. If you’re bringing your vehicle here, I highly recommend asking for Debi. She’s the reason I’ll be coming back!

    I would recommend you NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS DEALERSHIP or Morgan Auto Group In general. I purchased a BMW from Jerry Ulm and bought a 6 year 100,000 mile warranty for almost $5k. Just recently I went to go service the vehicle and use my extended warranty and come to find out they actually sold me two warranties when I purchased the car. I had no idea about the second warranty in which they forged my signatures on and then null and voided my actual warranty which I am still paying for on my loan! After finding out that I have no warranty on my car I am left with almost a $30,000 bill. I reached out to corporate and have been waiting over a week for them to call me back (I have left voicemails for the director daily) I was advised 4 separate times their lawyer would be contacting me to let me know how this would be resolved... Joey Falcon the GM of Jerry Ulm told me that his employees "made a mistake" and paid for only my radiator to be fixed (I have multiple issues with my car one being the steering rack in which the bmw mechanic noted how unsafe it is to drive) his solution is to conceal the fraud that they committed by buying me a new warranty and telling me to come back 30 days later to submit a FRAUDULENT warranty claim on pre-existing conditions so that the dealership does not have to pay for the repairs out of pocket. BMW of Tampa is forcing me to bring the loaner back and I still have nothing from Jerry Ulm telling me how they will make me whole. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AS YOU CAN. I have firsthand witnessed them screw people over beyond what you could ever imagine and Im just another example of it.

    The finance department at Jerry Ulm Chrysler turned what should have been an exciting vehicle purchase into a nightmare. My wife and I were told that if we did not accept a $1,200 GAP policy and a $3,400 extended warranty, there would be no deal. We felt pressured into thousands of dollars in add-ons that we did not want and did not ask for. It felt less like a customer transaction and more like a high-pressure sales tactic designed to maximize profit at our expense. The next day, after reviewing the paperwork and realizing how much extra we had been charged, I returned to the dealership and spoke with a manager. The manager agreed to cancel both products and assured me the cancellation would be processed. That should have been the end of it. Instead, nearly a month later, my loan still does not reflect the cancellation. The money is still tied up, and nobody seems interested in fixing the problem. Every attempt to get answers has been met with frustration. Calls go nowhere, management is suddenly unavailable, and getting a straight answer appears impossible. A reputable dealership should not need to pressure customers into unwanted products, and it certainly should not take weeks to process agreed-upon cancellations. The complete lack of communication and accountability after the sale is unacceptable. If you buy a vehicle here, read every single document carefully, question every fee, and do not rely solely on verbal promises. Get everything in writing and verify every number yourself. My experience with this finance department left me feeling misled, ignored, and completely disappointed. I would never recommend this dealership to friends, family, or anyone looking for an honest and transparent buying experience.
