  I had a great experience getting my oil change, thanks to Hailey, Hector and Andres. All three were very helpful, professional, and made sure the entire process went smoothly. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time, and I especially appreciated their communication and attention to detail. Great service from the entire team and staff. Every question was answered and explained with fine detail. I would definitely recommend them!

  Courtney at the front desk was so incredibly helpful and kind. She helped get me information as soon as possible, relied my urgency to the mechanical team and helped me get on the way. She is so patient and supportive. Courtney’s customer service skills are phenomenal! Thank you so much to Courtney for turning what could have been a really bad day to a kind day thanks to her help!

  Hector displayed outstanding customer service he informed my husband and myself of the latest savings explained the next service date sticker in great detail I've been doing customer service work for years been managing in this field for years as well and Hector is the perfect example of who you want to not only be the face but also represent your business i would definitely refer ppl here!

  Dishonest. Don’t take them at their word and check their work! I went in for a simple tire patch yesterday, the tire had a nail in it but was drivable and still felt full of air. Express lifted it and called me back to tell me the tire was “completely unpatchable.” They said the nail went in sideways and had caused irreparable damage. They also pointed out a little ware and said the only remedy was 4 new tires for $1500. I asked if there was anything else they can do, they said no, so I simply said I couldn’t afford that and left. I fully believed I would need new tires eventually but decided to go to Sun State Tires on Bush (who i’ve trusted for 10 years) for a used replacement ($80) until I can get a new one from Express. To my surprise, Sun State Tires took two seconds to notice the nail that had caused “irrepairable damage” was simply a little nail stuck to the surface of the tire and hadn’t punctured it at all. The guys pulled the nail out with no effort, checked the tire and found 0 leaks or holes. They even told me my tire had at least 3 months left of use, put my tire back on my car and sent me home for free. So disappointed with Express. They are liars just trying to rip you off. Your guy even suggested I drive around in my spare until I get new tires. You tried to make me a fool of me and make me purchase 4 brand new tires when the only one that I went in to patch didn’t even need a patch. Pathetic. I will tell all my friends and family this and will never recommend these thieves.
